Pros:

The hosts are very welcoming. They also answered our few guiding questions. Location is great and the hosts value your privacy a lot so there is least interference from them.

Cons:

All good.

Normal
Pros:

La ubicación esta muy bien. El desayuno también estuvo bien.

Cons:

La habitación es un poco pequeña, el colchón de la cama no fue nada cómodo ya que se sentía como si estuviese durmiendo en el piso. La atención del personal era un poco apática.

Very poor hygiene
Cons:

I had a terrible experience at Sapa Alley. Upon check-in, I was assigned Room 501 on the top floor despite lower-floor rooms being clearly available.

The room was completely unhygienic. There was visible mold everywhere, and immediately upon stepping into the room, I noticed leftover food particles on the floor that hadn't even been swept from the previous guest. Basic housekeeping and hygiene standards were completely absent. I definitely would not recommend staying here until they improve their cleanliness and room assignment practices.
