Buen precio y ubicación, pero cama dura
Pros:

Muy buena ubicación, personal muy amable y estaba limpio. Desayuno incluido estaba rico y con varias opciones a elegir. Precio económico. Pedimos servicio de lavandería y el mismo dia a la noche estaba listo.

Cons:

Cama extremadamente dura y había humedad en la habitación. Sin ventanas.

De locatie was goed voor ons meeting point voor de start van onze trekking.
Kiezen wat je wilde eten bij ontbijt. Goede douche.

Cons:

Communicatie was wat moeizaam en antwoorden kwamen laat. Op site staat tot 23 uur inchecken, maar 24/7 was mogelijk. Taxi ging ook top vanaf stop met de bus. 50k vnd naar homestay.

Even stof onder het bed weghalen. 😁

Chỗ nghỉ ưu điểm là cũng khá gần trung tâm quảng trường, nhân viên nhiệt tình, phòng khá rộng rãi

Cons:

Chưa thực sự ưng ý: không có wifi, phòng không đủ tiện nghi, không quá sạch( khăn tắm rất hôi, chăn cũng vậy), không có chỗ để xe và phải đi khá là xa đấy...

Cons:

Nhà nghỉ thỏa thuận trên booking một đằng, làm một nẻo. Nhà nghỉ thỏa thuận là với khách là được đặt phòng và hủy phòng miễn phí, nhưng khi khách hủy phòng thì nhà nghỉ đòi trả 50% tổng tiền 3 phòng. Nguyên nhân khách trả phòng là do đoàn khách có 8 người, trong đó có 1 người già trên 80 tuổi và 3 trẻ em, cụ già yếu chân đi lại phải có người dìu, nhưng nhà nghỉ bố trí phòng ở tầng 2 và tầng 3, trong khi nhà nghỉ không có thang máy. Sau khi khách hủy phòng, đại diện nhà nghỉ đã nhắn, gửi nhiều tin nhắn và lời nói thiếu tính xây dựng. Tôi thấy booking và khách hàng đặt phòng tại nhà nghỉ này cần kiểm tra kỹ thỏa thuận của nhà nghỉ này, trước khi đăng và đặt phòng.

Bien placé en centre ville. Bonne animation du centre ville. Super prise en charge par le guide de l'hôtel pour la visite des villages Montagnards, parle français . Paysages splendides et gentillesse des gens

Sapa was a great starting point for exploring the mountain villages
Pros:

Breakfast was good, and they organized us a great 3 days tour through the mountains. Also one of the staff members spoke really good english

Cons:

The accommodation was cold a damp, we honestly did not feel like spending much time back in our room. We don’t know how this could be improved unfortunatelly, maybe its just Sapa

Dirty room, moldy smell and horrible experience

Cons:

The room condition was disgusting. A 5-floor building with no lift and no staff assistance. The room was full of mold, smelled terrible, had no ventilation, and was difficult to breathe in. The bed was dirty and uncomfortable, and the bathroom was slippery and visibly unclean.

On our first night, we could barely sleep because of the strong moldy smell and lack of air conditioning or windows. The next morning, we asked to change rooms, but the staff claimed there were no rooms available, despite many empty rooms being visible.

We decided to leave after just one night because the place was completely unhygienic. Ironically, during checkout, the owner suddenly said another room was available. No refund was offered for the remaining nights. Losing the money is not the issue, the lack of honesty and accountability is.

L'emplacement, très bien placé.

Cons:

Ce n' est pas un homestay, c'est un hôtel, dommage le personnel ne parle que vietnamien.
N'avons pas vu l'hôte en deux nuits de l'occasion.
