Pros:

Location was great. Good rooftop area for smoking. Great swimming pool.

Cons:

I assume that they were the owners and they were very unfriendly. I don't recommend this hotel for westerners. The rest of the staff were great. There's no hot water for shaving. The bed's are like granite.

Refreshments are in the lobby, refrigerator, sitting area in the room, multiple sitting/relaxing areas throughout the hotel building, and a swimming pool. The hotel is close to the beach ⛱️, restaurants, Central Pattaya Mall, and massage parlors.

Cons:

No elevator, not handicap assemble, no kettle in room

Budget friendly (800 b walk in rate, March 2025) for double room.
Perfect and clean pool for swimming excercise with marked lanes on bottom.
Free self service coffee and fruit until 14:00.
Guest friendly hotel accepting visiting guest.
Helpful staff.
Good location.
Room cleaning every day and very good carried out

Cons:

Hotel is outdated and needs renovation (but price is low)
Beds are little worn down
No breakfast service.
