Secure free parking, large room with huge double bed, very very clean, excellent mini fridge, excellent air conditioning. Good value for money. Didn’t use the pool or sun beds so can’t say anything but they looked good.
On arrival we had to check in online, this was to get the entrance gate and the room codes , however, after filling in all the required information nothing happened. We then had to ring and eventually after a few minutes someone answered. He was polite and said we should have had an email with all the relevant codes, which we had not. He then sent them via WhatsApp but again we had to go through various security checks for this to be sent (no issues with security but we had already done this when checking in online), so after about another 15mins we had all the information to get in to our room. Once in, there was a fob on the table with no instructions as to what is was or for. After trying it on various things we eventually found out it was for the main parking gate. Fob was used to get out the gate the following morning, but what do we do with the fob once we were out? Unfortunately there was no information in the room to state anything so whilst I parked the car across the gate (to stop it closing) my wife took the fob back to our room and left it there.
Accommodation was a little way out from restaurants etc so if you needed food you would need transport. We chose this place as it was just a stop over in between 2 long busy days.

El check out es a las 11 pero nos dejaron quedarnos hasta las 12 tras avisarles.
Habitaciones muy amplias, muy limpias, ofrecen varios elementos que facilitan mucho la comodidad, se ofrece mini nevera, sillas y mesa para comer, amplio horario de la piscina, aparcamiento privado y silencio por la noche.
Se recomendaría, para no provocar posibles molestias y viajes de vuelta a la habitación de los clientes, las instrucciones de salida de la puerta del aparcamiento el día de su partida. No se indica que va un mando a distancia (que se encuentra y se tiene que dejar en la habitación) y si el cliente no lo sabe, no sabe como sacar su vehículo; tampoco se informa en la zona de la puerta de salida/aparcamiento.
Habitación grande y limpia.
Cobran más por habitación con vistas a piscina...pero no es cierto. El asunto de los códigos de las puertas debería ser más preciso.

Very nice and new facility.
Check in process. No receptionist. Received codes by phone did not always work. Did not have good internet connection and had to spent long time on the phone checking in.
