Great location and good value for money
Pros:

Location was great, stafff was friendly and rooms were clean. Also very nice that they made an early check in possible. Generally quick answers from hosts via messages. Overall also good value for monet stay.

Cons:

Bed was super soft and mattress was saggy. And digital / card payment didn’t work as expected so I had to pay cash.

Poor service and disappointing facilities

I was quite disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The facilities felt quite poor and, in my opinion, did not meet the standard I would expect from a hotel in this location.

The service was also inconsistent. One member of staff was particularly inattentive and even knocked on my door while I was sleeping to ask whether I had consumed any drinks. I found this intrusive and very unprofessional.

I also asked whether I could have a late check-out and was told that the hotel was fully booked. However, when I checked Booking.com afterwards, there appeared to be rooms still available. I had even offered to pay extra for a late check-out, so I found the response disappointing.

Overall, the experience was not what I expected. Based on my experience, I would not choose to stay at this hotel again and would avoid it in the future
