Muy buena y ubicación, el personal muy amable y servicial, en realidad no paraba en el cuarto, solo lo utilizaba para dormir y la cama muy rica. Nos hicieron un up grade sin costo . Excelente

Pros:

Decoration is cool, air conditioning works well and the room is comfortable (bathroom is too small).

Cons:

I had my data leaked through their system and scammers contacted me several times via WhatsApp to request a payment to confirm the reservation. They had my name, phone number and travel dates.
Besides, at the reception the staff asks for your card number at the check-in, to make a deposit for any damage to the room. This is ridiculous, we shouldn't be forced to share card number and expiration date (Specially when you know they can't keep your data safe).
To finish, they only replace towels every 3 days. This is not informed when you book the room. We had to use wet towels after shower several times.

Posizione e gentilezza del personale. Inoltre hotel molto pulito, elegante e giovanile.

Cons:

Bagno a vista in camera. Servizio pulizie troppo tardi, alle 16 di pomeriggio spesso eravamo in camera per un riposo

Don’t stay longer than 2 nights

Location is great

Cons:

The towels haven’t been changed for three days. The cleaner took the used towels from the dirty bathroom floor and hung them back up instead of replacing them with fresh ones. When I spoke to the receptionist, they gave me some floor towels instead………… very strange
