OVER PRICED! It’s definitely not 5 stars not worth it! I don’t recommend
Pros:

I think it’s overrated as “5*” hotel! It’s below 3* standard in terms of the design, (The lighting settings are very uncomfortable and the design is faulty! room safety (furniture design) very sharp on all edges and corners of all the furniture in the room! the bathroom is huge but not functional! Drainage blocked ! Messy toiletries! There was bread left behind inside the fridge by the last guest! The breakfast is ok but it’s the same foods EVERYDAY!

Cons:

The housekeeping threw away all my personal care items that I brought for my own use! I got shocked when I found it all gone! The was no coffee cups on the bar station! The kettle is very very dirty! No facial tissue provided but a stack of dining napkins just placed on the coffee table! They only give when I have to request it!

Excellent overall hotel especially the staff
Pros:

The staff are excellent especially those at the front desk and are extremely helpful and professional. The rooms are very spacious and clean, the breakfast is very good, the location is good, and the prices are very reasonable.

Beautiful hotel that needs management that pays attention to detail.
Pros:

The property is physically gorgeous; Fabulous rooms and the bathrooms are spacious and well appointed.

Cons:

The staff, while friendly, are very inexperienced. My tour booking was a bit of a disaster, rectified, but awkward.

The restaurant is dreadful; while breakfast is pretty good, lunch and dinner are now. There is no service, dark rooms and when the order was finally taken, the meal showed up vastly overcooked, and a different cut of meat to that ordered.

Завтрак хороший в принципе.

Cons:

Нет тапочек одноразовых, сервис обслуживания в номере хромает, еда на заказ вообще как будто с магазина купили и подогрели (бургер)

Отличный отель! Всё было на высшем уровне — обслуживание, чистота, комфорт и внимательное отношение к гостям.

Остались только самые приятные впечатления от пребывания!

Особенную благодарность хочу выразить сотруднице Робии с 8-го этажа за её доброжелательность, отзывчивость и профессионализм. Она с большой заботой относится к гостям и делает всё возможное, чтобы пребывание в отеле было максимально комфортным. Такие сотрудники создают особую атмосферу уюта и гостеприимства!

Спасибо всему персоналу за прекрасный сервис!

С удовольствием рекомендую этот отель и буду рад вернуться снова! 🌟

Pros:

I felt very comfortable here. The rooms are beautiful and spacious.

Cons:

The only staff members who were 100% professional were the receptionists and one young woman who seemed to handle absolutely everything—it felt like she was at the hotel 24/7; unfortunately, I don't know her name. Without these people, the entire hotel could just shut down. The other employees are completely useless. They would sleep, stare at their phones, and make inappropriate remarks. The young guy who was supposed to be manning the bar, in particular, was utterly incompetent.

Очень разнообразные завтраки, классная зона спа с бассейном, джакузи и сауной. Отличное расположение, приветливый персонал, большая кровать и сам номер очень большой и удобный.

Pros:

Классный отель! Просторные номера, удобная мягкая постель. Красиво и чисто и в номерах и в коридорах. Гигиенические пренодлежности в полной мере присутствуют, тут молодцы! Завтрак хороший.

Cons:

Состояние и качество сантехники ужас, руководство прошу обратить на это особое внимание, включаешь душь а с него всё брвзжит в разные стороны, лейка ьропического душа и того выломана. Унитаз видно то-ли пада то-ли собирался упасть затирка за ним полопались по швам плитки и его попёрли с низу палочкой железной для подстраховки)). Да и хочется чтоб руководители такого шикарного отеля а он действительно такой (без иронии) не пожалели и заменили дешманские пластиковые напольные плинтуса которые разваливаются как в номерах так и в коридорах.

Немного далековато от центра, но такси этот вопрос решает. Приехал ночью и первый номер дали не убранный, но сразу же заменили. В общем все было не плохо.
