Un séjour correct dans l’ensemble, mais si j’y retourne, je prendrai des nuitées sans le all inclusive.
Pros:

Un personnel super. Mais. Beaucoup d’enfants, ce qui fait désordre. Le personnel est débordé. Les toilettes de la piscine sont très sales et celles de l’hôtel pas toujours propres vu que l’hôtel était plein.
La chambre est très bien et très propres. Les femmes de chambre sont très professionnelles.
C’est l’un des meilleurs emplacements d’Agadir. Plage à deux pas et c’est en plein centre-ville.

Cons:

La nourriture est moyenne malgré la grande variété. Les jus sont de mauvaise qualité.
Quelques rénovations s’imposent
Trop d’enfants qui sont bruyants parfois impolis. Ils jouaient au ballon autour de la piscine et il fallait plusieurs interventions des animateurs pour qu’ils arrêtent

Dat je zo naar het strand kan lopen

Cons:

Personeel was alles behalve klantvriendelijk, je krijgt een kamer met kapotte airco en beweren dat bij iedereen de airco niet werkt terwijl de buren gewoon een werkende airco hebben. Pas na meerderen klagen en 24 uur verder krijg je een kamer met werkende airco. Er wordt overal op bezuinigd waaronder flesjes water terwijl het all inclusief is. Frisdrank smaakt naar siroop.

Pros:

A piscina era grande com uma boa profundidade, a localização excelente, perto da praia com muitos restaurantes e festas próximo. O quarto era grande e tinha uma boa varanda com vista para a piscina.

Cons:

Ao check in só havia um recepcionista e demorou cerca de 20/30 minutos para realizar o check in mesmo tendo apenas 1 pessoa na minha frente, o bagageiro era simpático, tentou me mostrar as facilidades do quarto e disse que eu podia guardar os bens de maior valor no cofre, quando abriu o guarda roupas para me mostrar, não havia cofre, então me disse que o quarto era seguro. O ar condicionado não funcionava, a noite para dormir era quente então tinha que dormir com a porta da varanda aberta para ventilar. No banheiro não repõe amenities, fiquei 3 dias e deram apenas 1 sabonete e 1 loção corporal. A descarga ficava escorrendo ao menos 20 minutos após utilizar, e por fim o chuveiro não saía agua em todo o duche, apenas em algumas partes e algumas vezes a água ficava muito quente, mesmo estando no frio.

N'y allez surtout pas !

Seul le personnel du Petit déjeuner a été très aimable et très accueillant

Cons:

J'ai payé une chambre vue sur mer et il n'y avait pas de vue sur mer, les toilettes ne fonctionnaient pas la chasse était complètement arraché et le matin j'ai mis devant la porte ne pas déranger et les femmes de ménage sont venues nous réveiller pour récupérer les serviettes il était 8h30 !!!! J'ai dit non on a encore besoin de serviettes et quand nous sommes allés au petit déjeuner on est revenu pour prendre notre douche plus de serviette !!!!! Et bien-sûr en prévenant l'accueil ils ne pouvaient rien faire on a donc quitté la chambre. Très mauvaise expérience la qualité du service et la propreté ça n'allait pas du tout je ne retournerais jamais dans cet hôtel et je vais pas recommandé cet hôtel
