The location

Cons:

Everything in this hotel is minimalistic. Also some basic things like water, tea/coffee, or fridge were not provided.
Also the air condition was not working.
Also the internet WI-FI was very poor (slow and intermittent access).

Also no phone charging points in main lobby. There was only only plug point working.

Great location and the view from the executive room was amazing

Cons:

The property needs some refurbishment - the AC wasn’t working throughout my stay which was 6days over the summer. Reported this to the Reception 3 days in a row but nothing was done about it. I also booked an Executive Double Room as I was there with my fiancé but was given a twin room instead. Asked again for the Reception to change us but the gentleman at the Reception said they only 8 Executive Double rooms and those were all booked out. We asked for our beds to be put together and made as a double then but that also never happened. Pretty much disappointed with the entire stay to be honest.

Tout était nickel sauf le petit déjeuner qu'il faut revoir
Pros:

Petit déjeuner médiocre, les mêmes plats se répètent tous les jours. Le jus d'orange est industriel, les vienoiseries proviennent d'un fournisseur à 1 dh chacune et les œufs au tomate donnent envie de vomir...

Cons:

Changer les plats du petit déjeuner surtout pendant la période estivale car les gens réservent pour de longues périodes.

La grandeur de la chambre ,la salle de bain le petit déjeuner bon mais répétitif.les employés souriants surtout aux petits déjeuners,.la dame qui faisait les omelettes merci à elle

Chambre avec wifi,tv ,clim mais rien ne fonctionnaient..pas de coffre fort .Dans l'armoire pas de barre donc pas de cintres pour pendre les vêtements...Tout cela étaient des prestations dans la réservation..J'ai changé de chambre 3 fois mais très compliqué....
Le réceptionniste était seul à chaque fois et je pense que l'hôtel devrait revoir ce point car il y a énormément de demandes des clients...

Cons:

Le bruit. Hôtel toujours en travaux. Problème de clim. Restauration du soir chère et service non professionnelle.
Venus il y a 4 ans. Rien à voir. Dommage !
