بشكل عام، كانت الخدمة دون المستوى المتوقع، والتعامل غير احترافي، ولم أشعر بالراحة أو الثقة أثناء الإقامة. لا أنصح بالإقا

كانت تجربة سيئة للغاية ومخيبة للآمال. قررنا مغادرة الفندق الساعة العاشرة مساءً بعد أن ادّعت إدارة الفندق حدوث كسر في أحد الألواح الزجاجية، وهو أمر لم يحدث مطلقًا خلال إقامتنا. بدا الأمر وكأن إدارة الفندق تحاول تحميل النزلاء تكلفة إصلاحات لا علاقة لهم بها

ما أثار استغرابي هو كيف لا يزال هذا الفندق مدرجًا على Booking.com⁠ رغم مستوى الخدمة المتدني. الطعام كان سيئًا جدًا من حيث الجودة، كما أن مياه الشرب والقهوة والمشروبات الساخنة تُباع بأسعار مبالغ فيها بشكل غير مبرر

Great space and friendly staff
Pros:

Friendly and helpful staff who really made us feel welcome. The room was lovely and spacious with a beautiful view. Really nice shower/tub.

Cons:

The location is hard to find. Elevator up to the 15th floor with no sign at street level. The floors were also a bit dusty
