جميله بس محتاجين يكونون لطيفين اكثر مع الناس

خدمة الاستقبال ضعيفه واجهتنا مشكله في تكييف الغرفه وللاسف كان وقت وصولنا مع وقت الاجازه فما كان في موظف صيانه انتقلنا ثلاث غرف وكان الوضع جدا مزعج

Das Zimmer war top, nur leider war für den Preis unser Zimmer in nicht so toller Lage
genau über dem Lounge Platz am Abend und die Aussicht war auch nicht gerade berauschend
wir hatten vor unserem Balkon einen riesigen Busch.

Pros:

Great location, hotel is surrounded by green areas but still relatively close to the city centre. Very nice swimming pool outside and inside the hotel. Great fitness area. Personel very friendly and helpful. Breakfast with plenty of choice.

Cons:

The room (Junior Suite) was relatively small. For connecting to the WiFi we had to register with long username and password that expired after a day and we had to request new details at the reception (annoying when one need to work and connect on different devices). There was only one wall outlet where e.g. laptop or hairdryer could be connected. Airco was quite noisy.
Extra fee for using the tennis court and spa area.

Místu, resortu, obsluze nelze nic vyčítat, je to prostě opravdu krásné a rádi se zase vrátíme!
Pros:

Místo jsme navštívili již po několikáté. Je to krásné a příjemné místo k odpočinku a relaxaci. Snídaně jsou geniální!

Cons:

Měli jsme poprvé apartmán v zadní části resortu. Je to krásné a pohodlné místo, jen vytknu upřímně jednu věc a to špatně odhlučněné pokoje! a rozkládací gauč na spaní by byl pohodlný, kdyby extrémně nevrzal při sebemenším pootočení.

Amazing!!
Pros:

We booked in here for our honeymoon and can’t fault any part of the hotel. Our room was lovely with a brilliant view, the staff left us a little gift too which was sweet. Breakfast and food and drinks around the pool was fab too. Honestly the best hotel ever.

حجزي كان غرفه اطلاله حديقه حاولت اعدل الاطلاله كان الفندق فل وعطوني سويت بدال الغرفه في الدور الارضي مع بلكونه كانت اطلاله حلوه بس عاديه، التكيف كان ممتاز في السويت
