Staff are okay in terms of human interaction

Cons:

Room quality and standard is poor compared to the high price. Room is several times lower in quality than on the pictures on Booking.com. It basically feels like deception when you see the room; low ceiling, rough walls, broken cabinet, etc.

QUIET ONE NIGHT STAY. VERY NICE, CUTE HOTEL. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Great staff and help , management should improve on process
Pros:

Bar staff and front desk staff were fantastic. Especially Blessing and Usman we found them to be quite erudite.

Cons:

The location is quite challenging to get to , while secure the 1st gate security protocol were rather bloated and somewhat theatrical rather than partial.

The breakfast options were quite Spartan and staff were bound by antiquated processes even when they knew what to do to make it a better experience like having to charge for a stick of butter, no honey or additional sweaters for your tea . For none locals it's rather odd don't you think?.. (Just and that on the room)

They gave me room to someone else even though I confirmed with them days before. Literally 30mins to my flight, I did not have my desired reservation.
