Pros:

We had an absolutely wonderful stay. The hotel is beautiful, spotless, and perfectly maintained, with an amazing atmosphere.

What truly made our experience exceptional was the outstanding service. Every member of the staff was incredibly kind, professional, attentive, and always willing to help with a genuine smile. They made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived until the day we left.

zeer aangenaam!
Pros:

Heel vriendelijk personeel, zeer aangename sfeer! We voelden ons direct thuis bij die mensen. Ze proberen aan de verwachtingen of vragen te voldoen. Doen echt hun best om jou als gast tevreden te stellen. Zeer aangenaam gevoel!!!

Cons:

het strand is niet aangenaam om te zwemmen omwille van heel veel kleine bootjes en ook de zeewier die uit het water kwam. Maar je kan in een zwembad genieten van de idyllische zeezicht!

Nous devions séjourner 7 jours dans cet hôtel, mais l'expérience a été tellement mauvaise que nous sommes partis 2 jours avant la fin de notre réservation.
Dès notre arrivée, nous avons découvert un bungalow sombre, très humide et envahi de moustiques. Les photos sont trompeuses : la "petite piscine privée" présentée sur les photos ressemblait davantage à une mare d'eau stagnante, remplie de moustiques, qu'à un véritable bassin.
Il y avait des vers et des cafards un peu partout. Le pire a été de retrouver des vers sur mon oreiller, ce qui est totalement inacceptable.
Le petit-déjeuner est très moyen et le restaurant est décevant. Les plats sont de mauvaise qualité, tout en étant très chers. Nous n'y avons mangé qu'une seule fois avant de décider de ne plus y retourner.
La piscine commune est très petite et l'eau semblait stagnante. Quant à la plage, elle est difficilement praticable à cause des nombreux rochers et des algues.
Le Wi-Fi fonctionne très mal, voire pas du tout.
Nous avons payé plus de 320 € par nuit, un tarif totalement injustifié au vu des prestations. Face à cette situation, nous avons préféré perdre les deux dernières nuits plutôt que de rester. L'hôtel a refusé tout remboursement, ce qui nous a obligés à payer un autre hôtel pour terminer nos vacances.
Enfin, il n'y a pratiquement rien autour de l'établissement, ce qui oblige à prendre un taxi pour la moindre sortie.
Au vu du prix demandé et de la qualité des prestations, je ne recommande absolument pas cet hôtel. Ce séjour a été une immense déception.

Estuvimos alojados 4 noches en la villa. Es absolutamente espectacular y no le falta de nada! El personal muy atento y encantador.

Cons:

La espera en el restaurante. Tardan más de una hora en servirte la comida y hay poca variedad en la carta.
La playa esta llena de algas y se ve bastante sucia.
Mucho ruido desde primerísima hora de la mañana tanto de la gente local que va a la playa como de las obras del hotel. Esta lleno de cuervos que también empiezan a hacer ruido muy temprano!

Charming beach hotel with excellent food, drinks, and customer service!
Pros:

The staff made this hotel stand out. They kept saying, "Everything is possible," and they meant it! They went out of their way to make us feel welcome. I want to commend Rashid, Stella, Masoud, and Hallelujah for their outstanding service in the restaurant and bar. The cocktails and snacks were excellent, and we loved sitting in the beautiful terrace bar where we could look out at the ocean. We found it a great place to get work done! (We were traveling for work.) The food was excellent. We did not agree with the reviewer who said that the portions were small -- far from it! We had more than enough food, especially during breakfasts. We also did not experience shortages of butter or beer. The cottages were large and tastefully decorated. We particularly loved the hanging swing lounger on the verandas of our cottage. We thought the housekeeping staff did a very nice job of tidying up our room each day, as well as providing turn-down service in the evenings. Christina and Philomon at the reception were always friendly and helpful. Finally, I want to acknowledge excellent spa service.

Cons:

The hotel was undergoing some renovation while we were there, so there was quite a bit of noise during the day. However, the workers didn't start until everyone was awake, so it was not very disturbing in the end. The hotel is more rustic than some travelers might like, but we found that was part of its charm. The only thing that I didn't love were the "hustlers" on the beach. Whenever we tried to walk on the beach, we were inundated by people trying to sell us things. That said, everyone has to make a living, so we were able to politely decline and were then left alone.

Loved it. Very relaxing, peaceful and the staff could not do enough for you!
Pros:

The accommodation was lovely, peaceful and relaxing, no noise, no stress, it was exactly what was needed to just switch off and enjoy the island getaway. We loved it.

Cons:

The only down fall to the hotel was the variety of food choices. Was very limited.

Os funcionários eram todos muito simpáticos.

Durante toda a estadia a maquina de café estava avariada e nunca conseguiram servir o pedido ao pequeno almoço. Haviam muitas faltas de produtos simples, como maracujá (muitas vezes só tinham a quantidade para fazer um sumo. Todas as refeições haviam sempre faltas em relação a produtos de comida (carne, lulas, abacate).
A praia é impossível para tomar banho nem com maré cheio ou vazia.
O quarto onde ficamos tem zero insonorização e por isso a partir das 5 da manhã com os microfones da igreja ouvíamos tudo e era impossível descansar mais.
O wifi é péssimo e está sempre a cair e sem sinal.

Beautiful, lush garden stay but I don’t need to return
Pros:

The property is very beautiful with a lush garden and three pools. The garden is full of birds and butterflies. The best part are the swinging beds.

Cons:

The rooms aren’t fully enclosed which allows for lots of creepy crawlers to enter the room. The restaurant is overpriced and the portions are quite small for an adult. The room is semi comfortable but best inside the mosquito net surrounding the bed. The AC didn’t work well. Also the beach just outside the hotel is full of boats. The better beach is about a 5-10 min drive north. Also there isn’t much going on at the hotel. The neighboring hotel had performances, movie nights and more activities which was nice given there isn’t much to do around.

Très bel hôtel entre végétations et plage
Pros:

Très bel hôtel au milieu de la végétation avec 2 belles piscines. Notre lodge était aussi parfait (sur la plage). Personnel aux petits soins et très souriants. Très bons restaurant et cocktails ! Les vues sur la petite plage et la mer sont magnifiques.

Cons:

À savoir qu’il n’y a rien autour de l’hôtel pour aller à pied dans un restaurant, faire du shopping ou prendre un verre. Pas possible donc par exemple d’aller déjeuner ailleurs qu’au restaurant de l’hôtel.

Petite déception aussi sur les massages que nous avions réservés plusieurs jours à l’avance mais la personne n’avait pas prévenu et n’est pas venue finalement.

Top Unterkunft für einen relaxten Urlaub

Also für uns war es die perfekte Unterkunft! Einfach nur toll und super entspannt. Das Personal wahr super freundlich und zuvorkommend und hatte immer ein Lächeln auf den Lippen und ein nettes Wort. Die ganzen negativen Bewertungen bezüglich Strand, WLAN etc. konnten wir leider nicht nachvollziehen, da das Hotel hiermit nichts zu tun hat sonder es sich um ein öffentlichen Stand handelt den das Personal sogar jeden Morgen von Seegras und Müll befreit. Das Internet sowie der Strom fällt zwar zwischendurch aus, dass ist dann aber in allen anderen Hotels auch so. Wir waren voll zufrieden und würden direkt wieder buchen! Das Essen und Frühstück im Restaurant waren auch im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels immer Top! Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und abseits der Touristen Hot Spots gelegen. Die Bungalows sind sehr geräumig und sauber, auch die ganze Anlage ist sehr gepflegt.
