A lovely calm coast getaway - wish we had had more time.
Pros:

We were very happy staying at the grand central hotel. We arrived a bit late but still got a wander at the beach right outside the hotel and a drink in. The breakfast was fantastic with a great view at the sea. It was an overall great experience especially due to the nice staff. Price was really fair especially considering all the higher prices across the boarder. The town felt calm, cozy and close to nature compared to what we saw across the lough.

Last minute break with sisters
Pros:

It was a prime location nearly Newry carlingford and Warrenpoint
Beautiful views and lovely walks
The manger Alan and Paddy where very helpful and couldn't do enough for us
All.staff was extremely friendly and helpful
Food was fresh and beautiful
Rooms.where basic but had all.we needed and very clean and safe with a looked door leading to acconnadation .
I would.diffently return and look forward to going again.

Pros:

Location was excellent. Room was gorgeous, bed lovely , old world charm. WiFi good.

Cons:

I couldnt have the breakfast because it didn't start until 9am and I had to leave at 8.30 for work.
The bathroom was clean and freshly done up but the shower tray overflowed and flooded the floor.

Pros:

Excellent emplacement, chambre un peu vieillotte, mais confortable et très tranquille. Le personnel est sympathique et accueillant. La nourriture du pub est correcte.

Cons:

Pas de petit déjeuner avant 9h.

Beautiful, relaxing, central to the lough, friendly and location excellent.
Pros:

Beautiful friendly place. Small but sweet. Food excellent.

Cons:

Stairs being the obvious but not the worst senario. Toilets may need a little touch up and more regular clenaing. Very busy place.
