I would definitely come back and stay here if I am in Tbilisi again!
Pros:

The front desk was super helpful and informative, any issues were solved very quickly, great location by the metro and a short work downhill to the old town. Pretty easy to find with clear signage outside

Cons:

At points the WiFi was not working/too strong of a signal, but this was solved pretty quickly

Ничего не понравилось. Это мошенники. Фотографии в букинге не соответствуют действительности. Не верьте им. И не надейтесь, что сможете вернуть деньги через букинг. Они мошенники и воры.. ЭТО УЖАСНО !!!! Мы тут же покинули этот бомжатник как только взглянули на него . У нас было оплачено три ночи, но мы ушли сразу. Это ужас. НИЧЕГО НЕ ПОНРАВИЛОСЬ. НИЧЕГО. Нам придётся обращаться в суд.

Cons:

Антисанитария, разруха, разваливающаяся мебель, выдранные розетки, те, что не выдраны не работают, пыль , краской воняет. Я слов не нахожу цензурных, чтоб описать этот "отель".. Какое позорище!!! Как не стыдно людям такое предлагать. Там бесплатно оставаться никто не захочет, не то чтоб деньги платить. Деньги ваши вам не вернут. У них нет отмены бронирования, видимо этим и живут. Выложли на сайт приличные фотографии , и берут деньги , потом их не возвращают. В тюрьму их надо отправить..
Там кстати наверное приличнее чем в этом отеле. Вы всю Грузию позорите. У меня слов нет.

Pros:

Very good stuff we were accepted in within 10 mins of booking in what seemed like post checkin time. The owner is extremely nice, the place is clean and really well kept. We were also helped with our bags which were really heavy

Crazy good value
Pros:

This is a small hotel in the very center of old town. I was welcomed and accommodated, receptionist helped me with the luggage. everything is clean. Worth every penny

Me and my family members have stayed here in mixed dorm, in female only dorm and in 3 different private rooms. Everything is clean and very good for this price point.
