Important information:

Airport transfers from Siem Reap Angkor International Airport (SAI) to the hotel with an air-conditioned car at a fee of USD 35.00 per way. The transfer includes amenities such as cold towels, drinking water, soft drinks, and beer. Guests are asked to please provide their arrival details in the Siem Reap region in advance through the Special Requests box.

Exceptionally welcoming staff, good location, comfortable.

Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Loved the spa massage. Lovely pool. Very comfortable beds. Good buffet breakfast with freshly cooked eggs station. Good that could access Netflix.

El paraíso en Camboya
Pros:

Todo, es un paraíso. La piscina, la habitación, el spa. El desayuno impresionante, todo súper bueno.
Todo tipo de detalles, es realmente in hotel de 5 estrellas. Ubicación estupenda para los mercados, restaurantes y templos.
Nos hemos podido quedar en la piscina después del checkout para esperar nuestro vuelo, incluso nos han ofrecido una habitación para ducharnos. Me da pena no haber reservado más días para Camboya en este hotel.
Mención especial a la suma amabilidad de su personal. Muchas gracias 🙏

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt im Golden Temple Hotel. Service, Essen, Ausstattung, aber vor allem das unfassbar zuvorkommende, hilfsbereite natürlich, fröhliche Personal machten uns extrem viel Freude. Der Tagesausflug nach Angkor Wat wurde perfekt organisiert und von Tourguide Sinet locker, dennoch kompetent und mit viel Humor durchgeführt. Wir können dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Siem Reap is amazing. The Golden Temple is a great place to stay on your visit!

Golden Temple is beautiful. The staff are warm and helpful, and the breakfast is yum.

Cons:

The manager you communicate with on WhatsApp is a little pushy and tries to upsell better rooms, etc. I also wouldn’t book their tours. Overpriced.

Bonito hotel con gusto y consonancia por la decoración. El personal resultó muy servicial, siempre pendiente de nosotros y de facilitarnos las cosas, en especial Leeny, que tuvo un trato exquisito.

First, I want to commend the staff, who truly exceeded our expectations. Alice reached out almost immediately after we made our reservation to thank us and warmly welcome us to the hotel, which was a thoughtful touch that set the tone for our stay. Cici and her team were equally attentive, ensuring we felt welcomed and well cared for from the moment we arrived until the day we departed. Their genuine hospitality made our vacation even more memorable.

We will gladly recommend the Golden Temple Hotel to our friends and family, and we are already planning our return visit. Next time, we look forward to experiencing the optional tours recommended by Alice and her team—and we highly recommend including the spa experience, which was absolutely wonderful!

Os funcionários sao sempre muitp solícitos e prestativos. Fomos muito bem recebidos por todos, nos ajudaram nas reservas que queríamos e nas solicitações que fizemos. O hotel e bem localizado e confortável. Chuveiro bom e cama confortável. Acho que o cafe da manha poderia ter mais opções, era bom, mas nao excelente. Nos seriram um almoço de cortesia que foi muito bom !

Good value and excellent service
Pros:

The staff went out of their way to help. Cisi was exceptionally kind and helpful every time. The restaurant food was also really good. The location is really good and close to the main points of interest.
We had all excursions organised by the reception including taxis.
