Airport transfers from Siem Reap Angkor International Airport (SAI) to the hotel with an air-conditioned car at a fee of USD 35.00 per way. The transfer includes amenities such as cold towels, drinking water, soft drinks, and beer. Guests are asked to please provide their arrival details in the Siem Reap region in advance through the Special Requests box.
Restaurant: Open from 6:30 AM to 11:00 PM.
Bar: Open from 6:30 AM to 11:00 PM.
Mermaid Swimming Pool: Open from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

Great staff, so friendly. Alice the manager was great, arranged 2 tours that were excellent - saw temples and kulen mountain.
Not much to improve on
Great hotel. Good location .. close to town and still quiet and peaceful. Good beds .. which is not always the case in
SE Asia. A very good restaurant with friendly and helpful service.
The room was spacious and beautiful. The breakfast buffet is excellent and last but it least…….the staff is super efficient and super friendly

Excellent breakfast. Lovely room overlooking the pool. Staff were very friendly and attentive. 10 minute walk in to town but far enough away to be nice and peaceful.

ウェルカムドリンクサービスのドリンクとお菓子が美味しく、1回分ついていたランチもコース仕立てでとても良かったです。
2日目の早朝にアンコールワットを観に行く旨を伝えたら、朝ごはんのお弁当を用意してくださいました。（パンと果物と飲み物が選べるものでした）
15分の無料フットマッサージも着いていて、歩き疲れた足を癒してくれました。
次回またシェムリアップに来る時があれば、是非また泊まりたいと思います。
そう思わずにはいられない素晴らしいホテルでした。

The hotel was beautifully decorated, the room was very comfortable, the bathroom was lovely and included nice toiletries and even a sugar scrub which was great to use after a long day visiting temples! The breakfast was excellent. The hotel even provided a packed breakfast for early temple days. The food in the restaurant was excellent as were the happy hour cocktails! The hotel helped arrange a Tuk Tuk for me for temple tours - very comfortable with a wonderful driver.
The location is excellent, the staff is super friendly. I loved the pool. The tea bar was a nice bonus.
