Our stay at Mercure was truly unforgettable, and it was all thanks to the incredible people who made us feel so welcome and cared for.
A very special thank you to the wonderful Vilma, who went above and beyond and made our experience extra special. Also, a huge thank you to lovely Inga and the entire team for their warmth, kindness and exceptional service.
From the amazing spa team and talented massage therapists to the friendly restaurant staff and hardworking cleaning team, every single person played a part in making our stay so relaxing and enjoyable.
And we cannot forget the wonderful hotel drivers, who always took such great care of us and made sure we were looked after wherever we needed to go.
It is the people who truly make a hotel special, and this team is something exceptional. Thank you all for your kindness, smiles, care and for making us feel more like special guests than just visitors.
We are leaving with beautiful memories and very grateful hearts..
