Pros:

Die direkte Strandlage mit schönem Sonnenaufgang, das Büffet zum Frühstück und zu Abenessen. Grosses Familienzimmer. Das Personal besonders das Putzpersonal sehr sehr nett und aufmerksam!

Cons:

leider waren wir am hinteren Teil der Unterkunft und die laute Musik war wirklich sehr störend!

We had a great stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.
The location is excellent, just steps from a beautiful beach with crystal-clear water. The hotel has several large, clean pools, including an adults-only pool, which is a nice bonus.
Breakfast was tasty and the quality of the food was very good, although a little more variety would be appreciated.
We were kindly upgraded to a spacious room with an amazing view, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The room was comfortable, with an excellent bed, great pillows, and spotless white towels.
The staff deserve special thanks. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help.
The only downside is that the hotel feels a little dated. It is very well maintained, but some renovation and modernization would make it feel more in line with its price and five-star rating.
we would happily stay here again.

Cons:

A few areas could definitely be improved.
The TVs are quite outdated and are not Smart TVs, so if you want to watch Netflix or YouTube, you'll need to bring your own HDMI cable.
The room was clean overall, but the daily housekeeping was inconsistent. We stayed as a family of four, so a more thorough cleaning each day would have been appreciated.
The biggest inconvenience, however, was the elevators. Since the hotel is an older building, the three elevators are very small. Our family of four could barely fit inside without luggage, and during busy hours we often had to wait quite a while for an available elevator. As we were staying on the fourth floor, taking the stairs wasn't always practical. This was probably the most frustrating part of our stay.
Other than these points, we had a very enjoyable experience.
