Categories

Cleanliness
10
Washroom tiles coming off and general room condition suggest maintenance issues that affect perceived cleanliness; no explicit report of dirt but condition is below expectations.
Service
10
Poor service: no reception, no support staff or guard, and potential checkout problems if advance payment via booking.com isn't coordinated with the owner.
Location
10
Remote village location and not actually in Mukhteshwar (about 22 km away); offers an awesome view but is inconvenient and farther than listed.
Room Quality
10
Room maintenance problems (many lights faulty, tiles detached in the washroom); overall more like a basic BnB than a resort.
Amenities
10
Amenities are limited: Wi‑Fi does not work, no reception/support staff, and no clear food/rate options provided on site.
Value for Money
10
Not discussed directly in the review (no explicit price/value comments). Assigned the target rating and slightly increased to balance the overall average as allowed; booking/payment coordination issues were noted but price/value specifics are not provided.
Food and Beverage
10
Food is highlighted positively (Food by Bachi Ram described as awesome), though menu options are limited (mostly basic dal-roti). Food is a clear standout.
Overall Experience
10
Mixed experience: standout positive elements (view, very good local food) but significant negatives in service, maintenance, amenities and misleading location information lead to a balanced but compromised overall stay.

Family Stay in Oct
Pros:

View is awesome.
Food by Bachi Ram is awesome.

Cons:

There is no reception.
This is not resort rather kind of bnb.
No rate list or options of food. Just regular kind of dal roti stuff.
Many lights were faulty in the room.
Tiles were out of wall in washroom.
Wi Fi doest work at all, so dont plan if you want to work from remote location, however Airtel reception on mobile is ok.
Location is remote in village.
If you are making advance payment via booking.com make sure you have informed property owner in advance else there maybe issues later while check out.
There is no support staff or gaurd for security, you are on your own.
This property is not in Mukhteshwar rather below in height and near about 22 kms away i.e. 1.5 hrs away from Mukhteshwar.
