Hotel accessible to shops, restaurants. Free hotel shuttle to Boat Avenue and Bangtao Beach - very convenient. Staff allowed me to keep luggage in foyer, as we had an evening flight. Gave us clean towels to swim and use the shower in the sauna room, after we checked out. Convenient safe in room, bottles of water given daily. Welcome drink on arrival.
Squeaky, noisy beds. Narrow 15cm gap between end of beds and door to squeeze past to get to bathroom, easy to knock your toe on sliding door at foot of beds. Beds were made daily and towels changed, but no other cleaning, floors not swept, dishes not washed. No drying rack or a place to stack your dishes after washing. All extras ordered on hotel app, while efficient, everything is rationed, so can only order 2 cups, 2 plates, 2 coffee, etc. Cut off hours to order off the app. Pool was large and shaded, but right outside foyer, so little privacy. Noisy corridors and rooms, guests and staff talk and move around very loudly outside rooms, noisy car park right outside bedrooms too, so definitely no going to bed early or sleeping in late. Breakfast 495 baht, very average and limited options. Restaurant expensive, no bar menu offered for a quick snack. Restaurant staff not polite, moaned at for taking the wrong serviettes, plates not cleared. Too preoccupied setting up for the lunch. Hotel has one pool, fitness room and sauna. No other facilities or activities offered. Would expect that for price paid.
location was nice
The pool was lovely. The location was great. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The gym was nice and the restaurant.
Our 1 bed flat was small. It was me my husband and our 2 year old and it was just too tight.
Снимали первых несколько дней двухкомнатные аппарты с выходом к бассейну. Это супер удобно если у вас дети. НО - номер ужасно маленький. Спальни - супер маленькие. Нет пассивной приточной вентиляции в спальнях. Кондеи дуют прям на кровать ... прям намучались.
Затем уехали в путешествие и как вернулись - взяли два номера на верхних этажах - один детям один нам - простора стало не больше - и почувствовали что в номерах - шумнее чем на нулевом этаже у басика. НО - в целом - всё равно остались мы довольны номерами и пребыванием в этом отеле... Особенно дети были довольны басиком )))
Смотрели 3хкомнатный номер с выходом к басику - он сильно просторнее - но и ценник за него зарядили прям ого го...

The location is great, it’s nice having the pool in the middle, it hides it from the sun for some of the day, it’s nice to relax in the water out of the sun .

The room, decent size, good ac, comfortable bed.

Pool area poorly maintained, broken umbrellas , wooden pool edges broken and screws visible.

La literie, les équipements, la piscine belle et immense. La navette gratuite pour se rendre à la plage et au quartier commercial. A volonté !
Le petit déjeuner très bon et copieux, les personnels très gentils
La musique à fond dès 13h autour de la piscine pour Songtran ! Horrible musique commerciale sans discontinuité dans les oreilles des enfants qui se baignent. Décibels largement supérieurs à ce qui est autorisé en France. Impossible de faire la sieste dans la chambre de l'autre côté de l'hôtel, meme avec des bouchons d'oreilles !
