Pros:

La posizione, il letto molto confortevole

Cons:

Per quanto riguarda la spa, abbiamo la sauna, ma senza la possibilità di fare la doccia fredda dopo la sauna (un dettaglio importante per gli amanti della sauna), l’acqua della doccia è tiepida

Exceptional hotel in a good location.
Pros:

All staff were professional and friendly. Huge choice at the buffet breakfast. Beds were comfortable and rooms spotless. Close to many bars and restaurants and just a short walk to the nearest beach. Nothing was too much trouble for any member of staff we met.

Cons:

Nothing. Everything during our stay was perfect.

Gostaria de agradecer a todos os funcionários, extremamente cuidadosos, solicitos e cordiais que fizeram da nossa estadia uma EXPERIÊNCIA de fato.
Agradecer especialmente ao gerente geral (Kurt Micallef) por atender nossas demandas e exceder as expectativas em absolutamente tudo. Quando voltarmos à Malta, faremos questão de nos hospedar no Hyatt central novamente e recomendamos fortemente que passando por Malta, todos façam o mesmo.

Pros:

The staff were very helpful, especially Rose! She tried her hardest to accommodate my request to check in early. The cleaners always left my room spotless and the location was just perfect

Excellent stay
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel and were very satisfied with everything. The staff was extremely kind, professional, and welcoming throughout our visit. The service truly felt like a 5-star experience. The accommodation was also offered at a very good price, which made the stay even better. Overall, we were completely satisfied and would happily stay here again.

Very pleasant stay and would likely be coming back soon with the family.
Pros:

The facilities were great, the pool, the gym, the restaurant. The room was very clean and the design is unusual but works really well. The staff in the restaurant we're very nice. The cleaning team were also very pleasant, stopped to say hello and hold a conversation a few times. The staff on the front desk were especially helpful in getting taxis, extending my stay etc.

Awesome weekend getaway.
Pros:

5 star service, hospitality, facilities, restaurant, quality of breakfast, staff attitude, cleanliness, quality of things in room. I was also surprised that they provide things like a straightening iron. They have literally everything!

Cons:

There was not 1 thing we couldn't like!
