Affordable, clean and friendly staff!
Pros:

Location was close to MRT and LRT stations. It’s a convenient jump off to travel to another place. Room was good for the price paid and still maintain one’s privacy after a long flight with its own washroom and shower.

Cons:

Some guest talk so loud in hallways and in their rooms.

Staffs are excellent, demonstrates the real hospitality, kindness, politeness of Filipinos

Cons:

You need to follow up multiple times till you sound like you’re badgering when you ask something. If they say, I’ll follow up”, don’t expect to call for 3rd or 4th time until you need to be assertive and say stronger statements

The TV system is so complicated. Obsolete instructions, it took me 2 hours to get assistance to navigate the system.

Kabayan Hotel is so accessible , staff were si accomodating , from the Security personnel to the Information Desk, lahat po, they served their clients with utmost care and respect. It was my 4th time staying in your hotel , Kabayan Hotel. Hoping for a more stay in your place while in Manila. ❤️Thank you for your service. God Bless.

Pros:

I booked the property for my friends. They loved the location it’s close to everything like restaurants, shops and the airport. They said the staff were very friendly and helpful. Good value for the money. Comfortable and clean.

Pros:

Prompt response with room transfer given the assigned room does not have a responsive aircon unit.

Cons:

TV was connected to WiFi but not to the internet. Might be something to do with the username and password security. No option to enter username and password to TV.
