Air conditioning didnt work
The hotel is in a very convenient location, close to the airport, public transport, and shopping areas. Check-in was smooth, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Our room was clean, comfortable, and perfect for an overnight stay. We also appreciated the good value for money and the overall welcoming atmosphere.
The room could use some minor updates, and there was a bit of noise from outside at times. However, it did not significantly affect our stay.
The power switches in the bathroom were not working, light bulb and the exhaust fan kept on working. Construction was ongoing next to my room (Room 319) and two hours before I supposed to check-out, the air coming from the aircon smelled so strong with paint odor and I felt dizzy and I palpitated. So, I checked-out early due to this and I told the receptionist and the guard about it. I felt the palpitation for several hours even I was about to board the plane.

My room is on the old building, very dated .
Nothing. My wife complained about the bed and the room was to small . I didn’t have enough room for her luggage
No hand soap, bed linen not really clean. The hallway is very hot no aircon
