Totally worth visiting, specially with a group.
Pros:

The hotel building looks impressive, really fitting with the experience of visiting Armenia.
The swimming pool is big and really comfortable and the staff was very attemptive to open umbrellas or uncover chairs and providing towels for us.
The rooms are really comfortable, the Wifi worked very well. The Bathroom was equipped with toothbrushes, combs, cottonswabs large towels, robes, slippers, etc. The staff was was really friendly and helpful.

Franchement l'hôtel n'est pas dans le centre et ce n'est pas un problème du tout les taxi Yandex ne coûte rien! Je mets 7 mais j'aurais aimé mettre zéro car le personnel a gâcher tout mon séjour. Personnel du bar de la piscine zéro. Personne du check-in zéro.
Personne check-out et gardien de sécurité et personnel petit déjeuner 10/10merci à vous.
N'achetez surtout rien au bar ou faites en l'expérience vous comprendrez pourquoi.
Очень жаль: когда я говорю с персоналом бара по-русски, мне никто не отвечает — только по-английски.
Et je le mets en russe pour souligner mon mécontentement surtout quand ils se sont permis de se moqué de moi.

Immaculately presented hotel with a huge pool and spacious rooms.
Pros:

Massive swimming pool, perhaps the biggest in Yerevan. Huge, clean rooms with very comfortable beds. An OK gym, excellent billiards room, table tennis and outdoor tennis courts. Staff were courteous, polite and professional. Easy access by car to the main highway out of the city if you're planning to drive elsewhere for exploring. Plenty of availability on sun loungers, with towels and robes provided at no additional cost. Filling and delicious breakfast.

Cons:

Quite a long way from the city centre itself, so access to a car is recommended if you're planning to stay here and intend to head into Yerevan proper.

Very nice stay with some hiccups that the pool might make it all worth it :)
Pros:

Beautiful view and an amazing pool. The rooms were spacious. Got a breakfast discount for our group 11.
The security at the gate was a very nice guy.

Cons:

The list of amenities listed here are exaggerated a bit. We still do not know where the barbecue facilities or the picnic areas are. Were not allowed to eat our own food/snack anywhere on the premises (found it odd since we were planning on having 2 birthday parties at their picnic area)
The paddle courts exist but not in operation. So, 1 free hour/room was just an idea (advertised on their Instagram) during our stay.
Also, the outdoors pool opening hours are shorter than what we thought (information online) and is open to public. The restaurant has very delicious food, however you will not get the service you expect for the money you pay. The breakfast is not a buffet and ordering process and dealing with the staff was not pleasant.

During our stay, the outdoor venue (right under our windows) was rented out for a theater event and the after party. This is something the guests should know before getting the room or even booking since it took long and was very loud. However, at the end of the day, it was a pleasant stay.

2 - petit déjeuner copieux et les plats du restaurant sont bons

Cons:

1- Les endroits communs manquent de propreté et de rénovation.
2- personnel désagréable et pas du tout souriant
3 - il faut soigner les tenues et l’apparence di staff

La piscina

Cons:

Totalmente desaconsejable. No equivale a un 4 estrellas. Lo único positivo es la piscina; el resto, un desastre: instalaciones descuidadas, falta de limpieza, baño incómodo, desayuno nefasto y a más de una hora del centro por el tráfico.

​Por si fuera poco, al hacer el check-out para ir al aeropuerto (con todo pagado), nos hicieron esperar 15 minutos en recepción mientras un empleado subía a inspeccionar la habitación y el minibar. Poca confianza en el cliente y un servicio pésimo.

We enjoyed Latar. We will be back and we are recommending Latar go our friends.
Pros:

It is spacious and clean and very pretty inside.
It has a majestic round pool with the view of mount Ararat.
Actually We went there for the pool for our nephews and nieces. The children were very happy.

Cons:

The pool and the pool cafe, the surrounding garden and trees were nice.
