Kann man(n)/Frau nur empfehlen
Pros:

Pool, Zimmer, Bed, Bad, Ausstattung, Rooservice, Tips vor Ort, alles absolut Tiptop….wenn man bissle faul ist, dann Zimmer im EG nehmen, dann kann man direkt in Pool 👌

Es gab nichts negatives!

Pros:

Sauberkeit und Freundlichkeit. Aussenanlage sehr gepflegt. Besitzer kümmert sich sehr um alles.

Cons:

Wenig Stauraum in unserem Zimmer. Ein Schrank für Kleidung wäre optimal gewesen, für 2 bis 3 Tage kann man auch ohne Schrank überleben

Tilat olivat siistit ja viihtyisät.

Cons:

Sijainti, tarvitset auton. Lähellä yksi hyvä ravintola ja Prevezaan matkaa pari kilometriä. Pystyt kävelemään Prevezaan isohkon tien jalakäutävää/reunaa, mutta auto on kyllä pakollinen tälle sijainnille.

Huone oli aika pieni vaikka viihtyisä.

Henkilökuntaa ei paikalla kokoajan.

Super logement, confortable, très bien aménagé, super propre, moderne.
Très facile d'accès pour visiter la région. Belle piscine dont nous avons profité en fin de journée. On a été très bien accueilli par notre hôte.

Cons:

Facile d'accès mais du coup proche des routes donc un peu bruyant si vous dormez sans climatisation les fenêtres ouvertes. Mais c'est vraiment le seul bémol de notre séjour qui fut parfait!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We stayed for 10 nights in July 2026. The room and pool area are both really nicely designed and very clean. We were on the top floor which I suggest, as you get 2x balconies. There aren't many rooms so it feels very peaceful and spacious.

We didnt want to hire a car - so it was such a wonderful bonus to have access to the on-site bicycles, which you can easily borrow to pop into Preveza town or cycle to the bus station for trips further afield such as Ioannina, Lefkada and Parga.

The owner Achilleos is very welcoming and always available if you need anything. He really kindly drove us to a good spot at a beach one day rather than us having to get a taxi.

There are walkable local beaches close by and the best restaurant in Preveza - Ionio (2min walk away).

Dont hesitate and book now!!!!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The place was comfortable, the hosts were kind, welcoming, and always available to help with anything we needed.

Their hospitality made us feel at home from the very first moment. We truly appreciated the care and attention to every detail.

We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Thank you for everything—we will definitely come back if we visit the area again!
