The wifi is good and the location but no staff and the facilities are lacking.
Pros:

It has convenience store downstairs and many restaurants in the neighborhood. The wifi is also good.

Cons:

No staff, you always need to chat with the owner. I thought at first a hotel but it is an apartment. The shower is small and no hook or place to hang your clean clothes or towels. No microwave.

A wonderful family stay in Tokyo that gave us a comfortable and memorable taste of traditional Japanese hospitality.
Pros:

We loved our stay at this property! It was our first time visiting Tokyo, and staying here made our experience even more special. We especially loved the room with the traditional Japanese-style dining area. It gave us the opportunity to enjoy a more authentic Japanese experience while still feeling comfortable and relaxed. The room was spacious and comfortable for our family, and we really enjoyed spending time together there.

Cons:

There was very little we didn’t like about the property. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and felt very comfortable during our stay. We would definitely consider staying here again on a future trip to Tokyo.

- Very good customer service over WhatsApp
- Relatively silent area, no big roads

We had to leave a moldy hostel, so I contacted this hotel in the evening and got a room within an hour.

Cons:

Our room consisted of an entrance area and the bedroom, connected by a small hallway which had doors to the toilet and the shower. The shower door is translucent, so if someone is in the shower, the hallway door needed to be closed for privacy, preventing people from accessing the toilet or the bedroom.

Only one key, but at least there is a lockable key box.

A comfortable and enjoyable stay in a great location, I would happily stay here again.
Pros:

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location is excellent and very convenient, with many restaurants, shops, and transportation options nearby. The staff were friendly, and the hotel was comfortable and well-maintained.

Cons:

The only thing I noticed was that there was no kitchen available. However, it was not a big issue since there were many dining options nearby. Overall, it did not affect the quality of my stay.
