Nice stay
Pros:

The balcony, distance to the train station and konbinis. Japanese style floors and doors.

Cons:

No microwave, tight space once 4 person group unpacks

Yeşil yamanote hattında olması nedeniyle her noktaya tek metroyla gidiş.
Pros:

Konum outska tren istasyonuna yürüme çok yakındı. Altında familiy mart ve yakınında 7eleven vardı. Tesisin yatak salon şeklinde olmasını beğendim genişti.

Pros:

La struttura è comoda e ben organizzata, con tutti i comfort che servono per rendere il soggiorno estremamente piacevole! La posizione a 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione di Otsuka rende gli spostamenti da e verso le zone più centrali della città molto comodi! Tanti i ristoranti e le attività commerciali per acquisti dell’ultimo minuto! Il terrazzino poi, una vera chicca !!!

Unico neo, poco spazio per i bagagli, ma è una cosa abbastanza comune negli alloggi in questa città

Pros:

駅から近くわかりやすい立地で助かりました。部屋はファミリールーム使用でしたので、洋室と和室がありスーツケースを広げても余裕でした。

Cons:

暖房を使用したかったのですがなぜか送風の設定しかできなかったのがどうしてかわかりませんでした。

micul dejun era până la 9:30, dar noi mergeam la 9 și nu mai găseam mâncare, doar câteva alea pe acolo. :(

Carino per qualche giorno
Pros:

Struttura molto tradizionale, con tatami, futon e porte scorrevoli. Comodi i letti e impianti funzionanti.

Cons:

Ha bisogno di pulizia più profonda. Sul tatami ci sono evidenti macchie grosse che fanno passare la voglia di dormirci sopra. Le tende erano sporche e sotto i letti era pieno di polvere.
Un set di the/caffè di cortesia non viene fornito, nonostante ci sia un bollitore per l‘acqua.
Posizione particolare (si trova praticamente fuori a molti girls club) ma vicina alla Yamanote quindi pratica.
Check in dalle 16? Sul manuale presente in stanza dice chiaramente dalle 15 infatti alle 15 siamo già entrati. Per favore correggere l‘orario dato che i viaggiatori sono stanchi e vogliono entrare nell‘alloggio il prima possibile!

Pros:

Close to the train station which made it super convenient! Clean, practical, comfortable, and quiet! :) would stay there again. Also the shower had great water pressure

Pros:

The hotel is excellently located, just a short 4-minute walk from Ōtsuka Station on the JR Yamanote Line, making it incredibly convenient to reach key areas such as Shibuya, Shinjuku, Yoyogi, Ikebukuro, Shinagawa, and Tokyo. Despite its central location, the hotel offers a quiet and peaceful atmosphere, which was a pleasant surprise.

Although the room was compact, it was very thoughtfully arranged, comfortably accommodating our family with two double beds and two additional futons. The balcony view was a lovely bonus. The shower, toiletries, and overall amenities were of a good standard, and the WiFi connection was reliable throughout our stay.

Even though this is an unmanned hotel, the staff were very prompt and helpful in communicating online, sharing all the necessary information in advance and throughout our stay to ensure everything was smooth and comfortable.

The surrounding area is very convenient, with a 24-hour laundromat just a minute away, a FamilyMart right below the building, and plenty of dining options nearby. For quick and easy breakfasts, places like McDonald’s, Starbucks, and Excelsior Caffé near the station were especially handy.

Overall, it’s a great choice for a family of four—comfortable, well-equipped, and perfectly positioned for exploring Tokyo with ease.

Cons:

One small suggestion for improvement: While a kettle and cups were provided in the room, we did not find any tea or coffee sachets or milk portions. Including these would have been a nice added touch for guests.
