Guests using third-party credit cards are required to present a scanned copy of the card and an authorization letter along with a copy of the cardholder's passport. Fantastic
Pros:

I was stay in hotel between 22-27 jun hotel location perfect, we try to make early check in but hotel was full and the give us room at 13 before 1:30 hours from check in
All staff was very helpful and friendly i would like Orange County belek for this experience staff .

Cons:

Nothing at all but I recommend to make more activity in beach .

Pros:

Animacija buvo nebloga – kiekvieną vakarą ir dienos metu vykdavo įvairios programos. Maistas normalus, tipiškas turkiškas, todėl kiekvienas galėjo rasti ką pavalgyti. Labai mažai ževies patiekalų, per savaitę jūros gėrybių nebuvo nei karto. Didelis privalumas – lieptas su gultais, kuriame galima patogiai degintis ir iš karto nuo jo maudytis jūroje.

Cons:

Viešbučiui jau reikėtų remonto – kambariai ir bendros erdvės atrodo nusidėvėję. Labai nuvylė gėrimų kokybė: gaivieji gėrimai, sultys ir alkoholiniai kokteiliai buvo prasti. Restorane daugumos patiekalų negalima įsidėti patiems – juos porcijuoja personalas. Taip pat vakarienės metu gėrimai prie stalo nėra aptarnaujami, juos tenka pasiimti patiems. Dar vienas trūkumas – viešbutis yra gana toli nuo autobusų stotelės, todėl nuvykti į miesto centrą nėra labai patogu.

Pros:

A személyzet segítőkész és mosolygós, az ételek finomak, nagy a választék. Bőséges és finom reggeli, vacsora mindig választékos és finom. Mindenki talál az igényeinek megfelelő ételeket.
Ár érték arányban tökéletes szállás.
Mi már második alkalommal jártunk itt nagy családdal, biztosan fogunk még ide foglalni.

Cons:

Minden szuper volt. Talán annyi, hogy a tenger rengeteg kavicsot sodor a partra, amit időnként elkotorhatnának, mert egy járda szélességű kavicsréteg van sokszor a parton.
Ennek ellenére szuper volt minden.

Nagyon jól éreztük magunkat, családi nyaralásra tökéletes hely!
Pros:

Szuper ételek, szép környezet, végtelenül segítőkész személyzet, proaktívan többször is teremtettek többféle platformot a visszajelzés adására ott tartózkodásuk során is, ami nagyon pozitív volt. Szuper a tengerpart, a gyerekek imádtàk hogy homok és kavics is van. A medencék és a csúszdák is nagyon jók.

Cons:

Sajnos nagyon hangos volt a folyosón becsapódó ajtók hangja. Típusukból adódóan nem is nagyon lehet másképp becsukni az ajtókat csak becsapva, amire nagyon sokszor felriadtunk mi is, a gyerekeink is, még éjjel is nem csak napközben. A mi csukott ajtónkat is becsapta ilyenkor a huzat. A fagyit osztó lány akivel két nap is találkoztunk,lehetne picivel lelkesebb. Mi nem szívesen mentünk oda hozza fagyit kérni mert nem tudott se köszönni se visszamosolyogni, végig iszonyatosan unott fejet vágott ami elég lelombozó volt. A sült krumplit osztó kollégával hasonló volt a helyzet. A recepción dolgozó személyzeten kívül sajnos nagyon kevesen beszélnek pár szót is angolul, nehéz volt megértetni magunkat a takarítókkal vagy a konyhán dolgozókkal pedig több nyelven is beszélünk. A klíma a lobbiban lehetne kevésbé intenzív, mert vizesen, vizes hajjal többször átmentünk rajta. A kávébár nyithatna 9 óra előtt. Vacsorázni és ebédelni is csak az utolsó 45 percben tudtunk menni mert különben nem igazán találtunk helyet.
Érdemes lehet egy palacknál több vizet bekészíteni a szobába, főleg ahol öten szállnak meg mint mi.

Pros:

Das Hotel war sehr sauber gute Hygiene ;Zimmer sind gross und wirken neu Bäder scheinen nicht renoviert worden zu sein waren aber sehr sauber hat uns nicht gestört.Die Dessertauswahl war hervorragend
und hat hervorragend geschmeckt. Die Auswahl an anderen Speisen war auch gut hat sich aber jeden Tag wiederholt. Wir essen kein Fleisch sind aber zu jeder Zeit satt geworden.
Die Steganlage mit Liegen ist toll den Poolbereich haben wir nicht genutzt.

Cons:

Der Kaffee bis auf den an der Lavazza Cafe Bar ist ungeniessbar. So schlecht hatten wir es noch in keinem Hotel.

У нас было 2 номера. Один номер убирали отлично, второй ужасно, вместо шампуней наливали воду

Cons:

Еда была очень острая. Нет значков, что блюда острые. Из-за этого приходилось отказываться от блюд. Нет детского питания. Плохо убирали один номер. Вместо шампуня была вода. Приходилось ходить и просить за кем-то несколько раз за неделю

Cons:

Food was always the same bland and tasteless
Room was not cleaben each day even though they said it wouls be . Had to ask for freah towels tokirt paper eaxh day x somw staff memebers we very rude.
My grand daughyer had sickness and we asked for help to change the beds and clean room . Honestly please avoid this hotel . So much better places for what they are charging here
