Pros:

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt. Das gesamte Personal war außergewöhnlich freundlich, herzlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel war jederzeit sehr sauber und gepflegt. Besonders die Suppen waren unglaublich lecker.

Am meisten beeindruckt hat mich jedoch die Aufmerksamkeit des Personals. Nachdem ich am ersten Tag meinen Kaffee bestellt hatte, wussten sie bereits am nächsten Tag genau, wie ich meinen Kaffee trinke, und haben ihn ohne Nachfrage genauso serviert. Das hat mich wirklich überrascht und zeigt, wie aufmerksam und professionell das Team arbeitet.

Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team für den großartigen Service. Wir können dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

Cons:

Die Pommes am Pool waren einfach großartig! Pommes und ein kühles Bier am Pool – das war für mich der perfekte Genuss. Ich habe die Pommes so sehr geliebt, dass ich während meines Urlaubs sogar ein paar Kilo zugenommen habe. 😊

Kleiner Scherz: Nehmt die Pommes lieber nicht von der Speisekarte – sie sind einfach viel zu lecker! 😄

Séjour au top !
Pros:

Tout était parfait, un accueil aux petits soins, une large variété de produits pendant les repas, des animations tout au long de la journée etc.
Mais ce qui nous a le plus marqué, c’est l’accueil, la disponibilité des serveurs et serveuses, la générosité des services, le sourire. Tout était extra !
J’avais réservé deux chambres classique, nous avons été surclassés pour avoir deux chambres l’une à côté de l’autre avec vue sur la mer. Merci beaucoup à tout le personnel, et à tout les responsables pour ce séjour !

Pros:

Alle waren freundlich und gut gelaunt. Unsere Kinder hatten während des gesamten Urlaubs sehr viel Spaß. Besonders gut haben uns die türkischsprachigen Aktivitäten und das Unterhaltungsprogramm gefallen. Wir hatten als Familie einen wunderschönen und unvergesslichen Urlaub. Vielen Dank!

Cons:

Der Strand war wunderschön – sauber, gepflegt und sehr angenehm. Ehrlich gesagt fällt mir nichts ein, was mir im Hotel nicht gefallen hat. Alles hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt!

Temiz ve hijyenik bir oteldi. Yemekler çok lezzetliydi, personel ise güler yüzlü ve ilgiliydi. Keyifli bir konaklama geçirdik, tavsiye ederim.

To behonest i was not comfortbale
Pros:

Clean the staf is good specially the guest relationship and the bar tender in the pool and inside the hotel.

Cons:

1. I booked for 5 nights and spend 2 nights without air conditioning its was very hot my children couldn’t sleep for 2 nights, several times informed the reception and they said will send you the technical team .

2. I asked for one more blanket from send night they sent after 2 nights.

3. Most of the facilities for the children is not free . But when you book they say its all inclusive

Pros:

Отличный отель, всё очень понравилось! Комфорт, чистота и обслуживание на высшем уровне. Отдельное спасибо Алине на ресепшене — очень вежливая, внимательная и всегда готова помочь.

Также хочется отметить детский клуб — детям очень понравилось. Большая благодарность Мадине из Казахстана за её заботу, доброту и прекрасное отношение к детям.

Спасибо всему персоналу за отличный отдых! Обязательно вернёмся снова.

We hebben een heel plezierig verblijf gehad
Pros:

We hebben een geweldig verblijf gehad. Het hotel was mooi en schoon. Het eten was erg goed, met veel keuze. Het aquapark was fantastisch voor de kinderen. Het personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam. We hebben genoten van onze vakantie en komen graag nog eens terug. Mensen die gek op friet is daar heb je speciaal plek waar je van 12.00 tot 18.00 kan genieten van vers friet met veel saus keuzen

Cons:

De kamer was schoon, maar het enige minpunt was het balkon. Er stond een hoge muur voor het balkon, waardoor we geen uitzicht hadden. Als we gingen zitten, konden we helemaal niets zien. Dat vonden we erg jammer.

Gelungener Familienurlaub
Pros:

Alles war gut und schnell erreichbar. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt.
Miniclub ist super! Aysel, Büsra und Team sind sehr lieb zu den Kindern. Es gibt ein tolles Miniclub-Programm.

Cons:

Einige Animateure der Tagesanimation waren sehr unmotiviert.

نظافة الغرف والطعام والنشاطات المتعلقة بالمأكولات في كل وقت كانت ممتازة

كان كل شي جميل باستثناء الفريق المسؤول عن النشاطات الترفيهية
لا يتحدون باللغة الانكليزية والتي تعتبر اللغة الام بين الجميع
فقط باللغة التركية،الامر الذي احزننا كوننا من مرتادين السياحة في منتجعات انطاليا ونحبها كونها متطلعه على الثقافات الاخرى ويتكلمون اكثر من لغة

Если ваши дети уже старше 12-13 лет можно смело смотреть другие варианты. В общем, 3-4.
Pros:

Плюс: первая береговая линия.
Бассейны с активной аниматорской жизнью, горки работают!
Лежаков достаточно, натянуты тенты, что, как показывает практика палящего солнца, удобнее чем зонтики соломенные.
Вечерние шоу программы разнообразны: танцоры, акробаты, кухня разнообразна, есть рыба, курица на гриле.

Cons:

Отель выглядит подуставшим по части мебели в ресторане, в номерах, чистота пола оставляет желать влажную уборку, это при заезде-то!

Парковка, заявленная в описании к отелю, либо оч маленькая либо все-таки отсутствует, тк служащие отеля предлагают парковаться на улице, говоря, что парковка занята.
Запах канализации присутствовал два утра, после общения с guest relations исчез или так совпало :).

В отеле много семей с детьми, анимация для них одинаковая изо дня в день, сами аниматоры должны были уже устать от этого однообразия. К слову, моим детям уже 12 лет и они назвали себя ветеранами «соку-соку-бачи-бачи’ и ‘арам-зам-зам’ может, пора внести что-то новое?
