There is a lot that needs improvement, especially the bar, cocktails and breakfast.

For a 5 Star hotel, I still expected better standards. The fried eggs were cold, and the hot food was also served cold. The coffee was honestly terrible.

Unfortunately, I would not stay here again. I would rather eat breakfast and have drinks elsewhere outside the hotel.

Hopefully the management takes this feedback seriously and improves the food and service.

Incredible view. Nice pool and saunas.

Cons:

Restaurant on property had subpar service and staff had extreme lack of attentiveness. Stay here for the view but it’s not the Belushi of 2 years ago.

“Beautiful Views and Excellent Spa, room, staf, clean, but some details need attention”

“The view was absolutely breathtaking and the spa was excellent — definitely one of the highlights of our stay. The room was very comfortable, beautiful and well maintained. The staff were kind and welcoming, and the food was good. A wonderful place to relax and enjoy the beauty and peaceful atmosphere of Bogë. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back.”

Cons:

However, there are a few details that deserve more attention for a five-star hotel. We noticed some fruit yogurts that were past their expiry date, which naturally raised some concerns about food quality and freshness.
Another issue concerned the rooms facing the back of the hotel. When we left the window open, cooking smells and smoke from the kitchen chimney entered the room, affecting the otherwise beautiful mountain atmosphere and fresh air.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay, particularly the spectacular views and excellent spa, but addressing these details would significantly improve the experience and bring it fully in line with five-star standards.”
