“Beautiful Views and Excellent Spa, room, staf, clean, but some details need attention”

“The view was absolutely breathtaking and the spa was excellent — definitely one of the highlights of our stay. The room was very comfortable, beautiful and well maintained. The staff were kind and welcoming, and the food was good. A wonderful place to relax and enjoy the beauty and peaceful atmosphere of Bogë. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back.”

Cons:

However, there are a few details that deserve more attention for a five-star hotel. We noticed some fruit yogurts that were past their expiry date, which naturally raised some concerns about food quality and freshness.
Another issue concerned the rooms facing the back of the hotel. When we left the window open, cooking smells and smoke from the kitchen chimney entered the room, affecting the otherwise beautiful mountain atmosphere and fresh air.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay, particularly the spectacular views and excellent spa, but addressing these details would significantly improve the experience and bring it fully in line with five-star standards.”

Das gesamte Hotel war wunderschön. Alle Räumlichkeiten und Zimmer waren sehr sauber, gepflegt und ordentlich. Das gesamte Personal – vom Empfang bis zum Service – war ausgesprochen freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. In den schönen Zimmern hat es uns an nichts gefehlt.
Auch das Essen war hervorragend und das Frühstücksbuffet ausgezeichnet. Ich reise sehr viel und habe bereits zahlreiche Hotels und Grandhotels in Deutschland, der Schweiz, Österreich und anderen Ländern besucht. Doch ich muss ganz ehrlich sagen: Das Grand Hotel Belushi gehört zu den besten Hotels, in denen ich in den vergangenen Jahren übernachtet habe. Ich war wirklich beeindruckt und positiv überrascht, ein solch wunderschönes Hotel im Kosovo vorzufinden.
Auch die Umgebung ist traumhaft: eine bezaubernde Landschaft, wunderschöne Berge, frische und saubere Luft sowie klares Quellwasser aus den Wäldern und Bergen, das man sogar trinken kann.
Ein besonders großer Dank gilt dem Besitzer des Hotels. Es ist bewundernswert, dass er die Idee hatte, ein solch außergewöhnliches Hotel zu bauen und den Menschen damit einen so wunderschönen Ort zum Erholen und Genießen geschaffen hat. Vielen Dank, dass uns ein derart bezauberndes Hotel zur Verfügung steht.
Es war ein rundum wundervoller Aufenthalt. Ich kann das Grand Hotel Belushi von Herzen weiterempfehlen und werde sehr gerne wiederkommen.

Cons:

Auf die Frage, was mir nicht gefallen hat, kann ich nur antworten: Es gab nichts, was mir nicht gefallen hätte. Für mich war wirklich alles perfekt, sodass ich keinen einzigen Kritikpunkt nennen kann.

الفندق رائع و جميل ووقت للراحة والاسترخاء لمحبي ذلك ومكانه في وسط الغابات ويوجد مكان للعب الأطفال وركوب الخيل وللكبار يوجد الدبابات

Cons:

• أسعار ركوب الخيل والدبابات بـ45€ لـ20 دقيقة.
• وقت الخروج طلبت حامل الأمتعة ولم يأتي إلا بعد 35 دقيقة.
• لايوجد ماركت قريب فعليك شراء مايلزمك في الطريق للفندق .

- View is absolutely stunning, air quality is subpar
- The hotel is very clean in general, very nice to look at, staff members is friendly
- The restaurant is a must
- Our room was phenomenal, clean, sheets perfect, no smells or anything
- Free water was brought directly in the room, very nice small addition
- The spa is amazing, the staff member from the pool side was very friendly and helpful with everything
- Fitness machines were also great
- Breakfast was very good, although depending on the waiter or time sometimes refills took longer or certain items were missing (like forks or knives)
- Definitely can recommend the horse ride carriage / quad driving that the hotel offers.

Cons:

- Message room is advertised but the staff stated there is currently no massage therapist available because it seems it's not affordable because hardly anybody uses the offer.
- The plates in the breakfast area were still dirty from the cleanup process (black marks) and wasn't pleasant
- The toilets in the lobby room were not so 5-star like. Many stalls didn't have toilet paper or the handle for the paper was broken or completely missing. But of course in the room where we stayed everything was perfect.

Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels bietet einen superschönen Blick auf die Landschaft und die Berge und ist zudem ideal für Aktivitäten in der Umgebung.

Der Spa-Bereich ist sauber, gepflegt und lädt zum Entspannen ein.

Cons:

Der Duschabfluss in der Familiensuite war komplett verstopft. Das hätte dem Reinigungspersonal beim Saubermachen auffallen müssen.

Außerdem ließ sich die Balkontür nicht richtig öffnen und schließen. Nachdem wir den Mangel gemeldet hatten, wurde uns gesagt, dass jemand kommen würde. Es kam jedoch niemand.

Auch die Freundlichkeit des Personals ließ zu wünschen übrig. Insgesamt entspricht der Service aus unserer Sicht nicht dem Standard eines 5-Sterne-Hotels.
