La check-in receptionerul a incercat sa imi solicite o taxa suplimentare pentru copil, desi in rezarvare era mentionat copilul si varsta. Nu am fost de acord cu taxa suplimentara, a doua zi mi s-a transmis ca a fost o problema interna de comunicare intre manager si receptioner.
Location is good. Friendly and helpful staff. Very neat rooms with top notch amenities.
Unless I’m not aware of, there may be no restaurant. Even though there are many places to eat nearby

Echt een super mooi hotel! Het is echt heel netjes en mooi allemaal. De kamers zijn erg ruim en je hebt hier alles wat je wilt. Je kan merken dat dit hotel nieuw is. Het voelt nieuw en modern aan allemaal.
Het ontbijt was erg goed. Het was vers en divers, voor ieder wat wils.
Het personeel is erg netjes en vriendelijk.
Roomservice was top. Wij bestelde wel eens drinken en dit werd ons dan gebracht.
Er valt echt niks te klagen over dit hotel.

La posizione. Abbastanza vicino alla stazione di Gebze (15 min a piedi) e circondato da numerosi locali dove poter cenare a prezzi corretti.
La dotazione di asciugamani un po' striminzita.
