Pros:

La ubicación y las instalaciones, todo muy limpio y bonito, nos quedamos en una suite y muy cómoda.

Cons:

El hotel se eligió por ser libre de humo, tiene sus letreros y la realidad es que no lo respetan, los del cuarto de a lado día y noche estaban fumando y se encerraba el humo en mi cuarto, se le hizo el comentario en recepción y sólo dijeron "ah, esos huéspedes así fuman todo el día encerrados". Por eso elegí ese hotel ya que por indicaciones médicas no debo de estar cerca del humo 🚬, por lo cual si es observable que no cumplen con lo que tienen establecido en sus reglas.

Cons:

Mauvaise isolation phonique : beaucoup de bruit dedans et dehors avec l’avenue : je n’ai pas fermé l’œil
Alaise plastique : je sais que c’est pour l’hygiène mais beaucoup trop chaud
Climatiseur très bruyant mais qui a le mérite d’exister !
Très excentré : ma faute car j’avais mal regardé en réservant

Buena habitación y pésimo personal.
Pros:

Muy bien ubicado, limpio y no se ve viejo o deteriorado.
El chico de recepción del turno de la noche, super amable, super resolutivo y rápido nos instalo en nuestras habitaciones.

Cons:

La recepcionista en la mañana es pésima, con muy poca actitud de servicio y grosera.
El hotel lo ofrecen con desayuno continental incluido pero no te lo dan por qué argumenta la cocinera de manera muy grosera que no le surtieron el producto y que reclamemos en la recepción y después que vas a preguntar a recepción te responden " no hay" y que no es obligatorio que solo es una cortesía pero se les termino.
Nosotros estuvimos tres días y solo un día alcanzamos fruta los demás apenas y nos dieron café porque no había más.
Al momento de hacer el checkout la recepcionista fue una grosera, solo nos arrebato las llaves y llamo por radio para revisión de habitación y nos dio la espalda.
Es una pena que el hotel pierda oportunidad por empleados tan poco preparados.
En las habitaciones el teléfono no servía tuvimos que bajar las escaleras varias veces porque las pilas del control remoto no servían y al final explotaron al manipularlas para hacer el cambio.
