Hotel is highly recommend able to stay
Pros:

Aside from a clean and peaceful environment the Hotel is located near the dry market where you can buy goods. Also lots of restaurants and coffee shops near by.

Cons:

The breakfast although buffet type is limited for the guest to eat and selective

Милый и душевный персонал, отличное месторасположение!
Pros:

Очень приветливый персонал. Помогли организовать экскурсию и трансфер до бухты Ха Лонг по хорошей цене. Завтраки вкусные. Нам очень понравилось!

Pros:

It was a great experience for all 20 of us. The rooms were big and clean. Breakfast was great. A great value for money. It takes only 5 to 7 mins to go to Hoan Kiem lake. Nearby lot of restaurants. The hotel also arranged trip for us which was great. Staffs were exceptional. Thanks a lot 🙏

Good and Decent Hotel
Pros:

The staff are polite and provide exceptional service. The room is huge, clean and well maintained.

Cons:

Location - You need to walk 20m away from the hotel if you're taking Grab since drivers do not enter the street.

Just Outstanding
Pros:

Thanks a lot for the wonderful hospitality. It was a very good experience for us. The entire 20 member travel group is extremely happy with our stay in your hotel. The breakfast was great 😃🙏😃

Pros:

Pros:

L'accueil du personnel était parfait. Très souriant et gentil. Nous avons été aux petits soins.

Nous y avons très bien dormi avec un lit très confortable et une chambre spacieuse.
L hôtel est bien situé dans un quartier typique, non loin de toutes commodités. Plusieurs sites intéressants non loin.

Nous recommandons sans hésiter les yeux fermés.
Nous reviendrons avec plaisir!

Pros:

Хороший отель, просторные номера и сытные завтраки. Можно пешком дойти до основных достопримечательностей: train streets, готического собора, музея тюрьмы. Вечером можно прогуляться по ночному рынку до озёра.
Очень отзывчивый персонал, особенно большое спасибо менеджеру Мао.

Cons:

Утром и днем есть менеджеры говорящие по английски, но вечером их нет, что очень неудобно
Из-за такого, что находиться в проулке, такси не доезжает.

Gentilezza e disponibilità personale.

Colazione buona, ricca di frutta. Su richiesta omelette con pancetta 🥓 o prosciutto, yogurth con frutta, pancake cioccolato e banana.

Pros:

Tutto ok. Un po' difficile da trovare. Hanoi è complicata da girare con mezzi pubblici, è più facile andare a piedi od utilizzare grab ogni tanto. Staff accogliente, colazione sufficiente. Nel complesso, per uno come me che in hotel ci sta poco, va benissimo.

Best Room and Breakfast ever
Pros:

Our room was really nice. Everything was perfekt. The people on the reception are great, especially Mao and Phao. I'm so thankful we went there for 5 nigths. After 5 months traveling I had the best breakfast in this hotel. I have never seen so many different fruits for breakfast anywhere. We're coming back to the hotel in 2 weeks. Our room was spacious and everything was working perfect.
