The breakfast was of a decent standard. Every staff here are really helpful and pleasant. Overall cleanliness of the room and public areas were good.

Cons:

The property is on the edge of the old quarter hence convenient, but it is not in a clean area. Water pressure and quantity of hot water is a problem!!

Loved each and every moment of our stay!!! It was comfy and cozy!! The staff were super friendly and ensured we had a warm breakfast and fresh fruits for us every morning. Well worth the value for your money as it was conveniently located centrally towards the Old Quarter, Night Market, Beer Street and Train Street. The maid came each day to clean the room but we just asked for a refill on confectionary items and water.

Ханой - это гостеприимство и вкуснятина.
Pros:

1. Персонал! Великолепное и внимательное отношение к гостям. Отдельное спасибо Мао, который был особенно любезен даже тогда , когда мы были не правы и оказывал нам помощь даже после того, как мы уехали из отеля. Такого отношения не встречали нигде. Надежность персонала - 100%!
2. Завтрак. Возможность выбора. Горячие блюда готовятся тут же и всегда свежие. Много фруктов.
3. Очень удобные и чистые кровати. сам номер просторный, но без окон, для нас это было некритично.
4. Вся сантехника и освещение работали отлично. Если ужинали в номере, персонал любезно предоставлял необходимую посуду.
5. Близость к центру, 15 минут пешком до озера.

Wer mittendrin sein möchte, ist hier genau richtig! Wir hatten sehr viel Freude an unserer Unterkunft. Wir konnten vieles fussläufig erreichen und doch war es in der Unterkunft angenehm ruhig. Unser Zimmer war sehr groß, mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht und schön sauber. Das Frühstück konnte man aus einer Karte wählen und wurde frisch zubereitet. Zusätzlich gab es noch viel frisches Obst, Toast, Marmelade und Gebäck in Buffetform, ganz toll! Das Personal war in jeder Hinsicht erstaunlich. Sehr offen, herzlich und hilfsbereit und dabei nie aufdringlich. Wir konnten ganz entspannt einen Ausflug über die Unterkunft buchen, ohne das Gefühl zu haben, dass uns irgendwas aufgedrängt wird. Der Ausflug war zudem ein voller Erfolg. Es hat alles hervorragend geklappt und hat zudem sehr viel Spaß gemacht. Preis–Leistung ist super

O quarto foi melhor que o primeiro que ficamos. Esse havia varanda e era bem maior. A equipe sempre muito prestativa. Hotel limpo com café da manhã muito bom.
