No heated water for shower

Last day no water and they can't solved the problem given more than 4 hours

The room is not clean at all. Looks like someone just checked out and everything is not properly clean. No shower cream, no shampoo, the kettle water jug dirty, don't have a hand towel, aircond too noisy and dirty. The room wallpaper tore most of the places. When shower the heater is too noisy until can hear inside room. We took family room but non of us touch or use any item inside the room. The towel too dirty. The toilet seat cover also broken. Don't have hand shower.
The worst hotel I stayed in my life.

The hotel was good when the name was ideal hotel now after change to oak hotel itd really bad. Bad management. The toilet is poor in condition. Not clean at all. The light also dull. Please atleast change the toilet light.

Unexpected room condition this time..
Totally different from the picture shown. TV not working, toilet dirty, floor dirty..
Staff said TV got problem with cable, and all room will get same problem..poor the guest who staying for 3 nights. :(

I am very disappointed with my stay at Townhouse Oak Melaka.

Firstly, I booked a room with a window, but upon arrival I was given a room without one. The staff's explanation was that another guest had already taken the room with a window. This is unacceptable. If there are different room types, they should be clearly stated during the online booking process so guests know exactly what they are paying for.

Secondly, the room I received looked nothing like the photos used in the advertisement. The pictures are very misleading. The actual room was completely different—almost a 360-degree opposite of what was advertised.

The hotel itself also looks old and is located in a converted shoplot building, which was not obvious from the online listing. Had the photos accurately reflected the property's actual condition, I would have made a different booking decision.

To make matters worse, the cleanliness of the bathroom and toilet was disgusting. It was poorly maintained and did not meet even basic hygiene standards. A clean bathroom is one of the most important expectations when staying at a hotel, and this was a major disappointment.

Overall, I feel cheated. After reading other reviews, I realized I am not the first guest to have this experience. It seems that previous guests have also complained about being given rooms that did not match what they booked or what was advertised.

I hope the management will be more transparent with their room descriptions and use accurate photos so future guests know what to expect.

Unhygienic, the washroom super dirty, black dirts everywhere, towel & bedsheet all looks odd, a/c not really cold even on 16c! The mini fridge is not in good condition! The location name please change, it’s not convenient for non-local to find in the map!
