Locatie niet handig als je met ov reist. Om ergens te komen moet je de c6 bus pakken. Die stopt het merendeel van de tijd niet voor de deur en die kost hoe weinig haltes je ook mee rijdt 4,70 per keer
Staff very nice and helpful, food tasted very good. Mostly clean, comfortable to stay. Good connection to both city and airport (busses right up front, no issues getting the taxi).
Broken elevator through my whole stay, AC made a lot of noise before turning on (woke me up at night). Had room with sea view but window was dirty, so a bit disappointed there. Food tasted really good, but not much variety - wanted to order fish it was not available, not many local dishes on the menu.

Location is pretty good, quiet and not so far away from the city.
On the very first day of our stay, the elevator broke down. I was staying at the hotel with my 90-year-old grandfather, and having to walk up and down the stairs every day was extremely difficult for him. Unfortunately, the elevator was never repaired during our entire 5-day stay.
The parking lot was almost always full, which made finding a parking space quite frustrating.
The food was the same every day. If there had been a wider selection, guests could have chosen different options, but with such limited variety, we had to eat the same meals repeatedly.
The air conditioning in the room was also very noisy, making it difficult to sleep comfortably.
The most serious issue was the bathroom entrance. There was a 10–15 cm high step leading into the bathroom area. For a 90-year-old person who needs to use the bathroom at night, this is a serious safety hazard. Sooner or later, someone is likely to trip and fall.
Unfortunately, that is exactly what happened to my grandfather. He tripped over the step and injured his leg.
A hotel that accommodates elderly guests should pay much more attention to accessibility and safety. The combination of a broken elevator and a dangerous bathroom entrance made our stay particularly difficult and concerning.
I hope the management takes these issues seriously and makes the necessary improvements.

Gekozen voor dit hotel nèt buiten het centrum vanwege gratis parkeren. Netjes, schone eenvoudig praktisch ingerichte kamer.
Wat rumoerig. Dekens/ dekbed ontbraken. Lagen niet op de kamer. Badkamer had een vervelende verhogingsdrempel. Bed okè niet geweldig. Slecht hoofdkussen vond ik.
Great location between the airport and Alicante centre. Clean rooms, Comfy beds, nice staff, average breakfast continental would of liked the option of getting something warm.

El trato del personal, ha sido excepcional, las chicas de recepción son muy amables y atentas. Nos han ayudado a guardar las cosas antes de tomar la habitación. También el personal de limpieza ha sido muy amable y siempre nos han preguntado si necesitábamos algo, toallas, almohadas, etc.
El punto de carga para el coche sigue siendo algo de mucha ayuda.
desearía que el precio del desayuno fuera un poco más económico, sin embargo entiendo que al ser tipo buffet sea algo que no se puede evitar.
L'habitació era àmplia i comfortable, tot estava net i ben cuidat, el pàrking és gran amb una zona davant de l'hotel més atapeïda i una altra darrere molt més espaiosa. El personal ha estat molt amable en general i ens han tractat molt bé, potser han estat el millor de tot.
El menjar: esmorzar amb productes de poca qualitat i molt poca fruita fresca o gens (divendres només hi havia pinya en conserva). De la carta de menjars als sopars -no gaire extensa- mai hi havia tota l'oferta, i diumenge a la nit ni tan sols preparaven res que no fos emplatar, escalfar o posar les pizzes al forn. Tot a preus excessius donada la qualitat dels productes i la poca elaboració.
Lá amabilité du personnel,très bien placé pas très loin du aéroport et près de la jolie ville de Alicante un petit déjeuner très agréable .
