J’ai adoré mon séjour au chaiya palace hôtel. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel.
Pros:

L’emplacement était parfait, la vue de la chambre était exceptionnelle, le restaurant était excellent, le service impeccable et l’hôtel est magnifique, la piscine était top aussi.

Pros:

.... einfach alles war super: Zimmer, Frühstück, Roof Top Bar und vor allem das Personal war mega freundlich . Das wohl beste Hotel, in dem ich bisher übernachtet habe

Great place and stayed there many times.
Pros:

Location location location. Can walk to any place along riverside, BKK1 or Aeon Mall with ease. Staff were brilliant and nothing was too hard for them. The car service from the airport was very professional and value for money.

Excellent hotel!
Pros:

Great hotel with exceptional service by the staff. Rooms were large, clean and comfortable! We stayed with our young children and the staff we’re kind and accommodating placing us in two rooms next to each other.

A place with excellent hospitality in a great location (very close to walk anywhere)
Pros:

Although it is very much a standard in Cambodia, that you feel very welcome and treated hospitably, the Chaiya Palace Hotel staff's attitude sticks out from the moment you cross the entrance door. All members of the staff are super friendly and always provide small gestures of hospitability without asking for their attention. Such approach makes you feel having found a place to call home outside of home, when visiting Phnom Penh.

Cons:

Cannot think of anything what would have left me unsatisfied. Everything was flawless.

Brilliant stay, would highly recommend!
Pros:

Really warm welcome and wonderful staff throughout the hotel. Great location with everything you need on the doorstep.
Very clean with excellent facilities, especially the roof top pool and bar.
Amazing breakfast with good selection. The restaurant food was incredible, the best we had in Cambodia!

Pros:

Staff went above and beyond to help you during your stay. Even came to our room to sort out the channel on the TV for the Champions League. Room and bathroom amazing. Restaurant evening meal was very good and great choice for breakfast. Loved the sky bar for the view and the happy hour. Great views from the roof top bar and swimming pool. Would recommend
