Very nice.
Pros:

The rooms staff restaurant

Cons:

Their WIFI was not good in the room. The signal kept dropping. I complained every day but it never changed. Always one or 2 bars and dropping often.

Pros:

The room was clean and the location was quite good, making it easy to get around.

Cons:

The hotel was a bit noisy due to the nearby street and poor soundproofing. The main issue was the Wi-Fi, which kept cutting in and out and was almost impossible to use. We reported it to reception, but were told our room was too far from the router, which did not feel like a reasonable explanation or solution.

Okna są dosyć cienkie mimo że są podwójne to głośniejsze samochody czy sygnał karetki były bardzo słyszalne mimo pokoju na 3 piętrze

Локація, чисті постелі та мʼякі рушники, кондиціонер

Cons:

Погана косметика. Мило для рук та 2 в 1 гель для тіла для шампунь. Це дуже не зручно. У коридорі немає дзеркала і треба йти в одязі і взутими у середину кімнати. Ще не вистачало полички аби щось щось поставити у коридорі.

Wir haben ein ruhiges Innenhof-Zimmer gehabt. Ob andere Zimmer mit Blick auf recht intensiv befahrene Straßen genauso ruhig waren, können wir nicht beurteilen. Großes sauberes Zimmer. Recht gute Lage, nah am Nationalmuseum.

Cons:

Der Wasserkocher war etwas zu klein.

Clean and comfortable stay at great location. Don't skip breakfast!
Pros:

Impeccably clean rooms, great staff, very special restaurant for breakfast and beyond.

Cons:

It is to be expected, but the street (3 lane, one way) gets quite noisy. With the windows closed, it is quite okay.
Finally, tea and (especially) coffee facilities in the room could be improved.
