No se puede aparcar si no es pagando. Si tienes que ir varios dias es muy caro.
La cama que pusieron a mi hija era muy pequeña, teniendo en cuenta que era adulta.

Pros:

Muy buena relación calidad/ precio. La atención por parte de los trabajadores muy buena. El desayuno, comida y cena correctos. Me gustó tener la opción de pedir un zumo de naranja natural para el desayuno aunque lo pagará a parte. También me gustó poder disfrutar de las piscinas de este hotel y también del hotel de al lado y poder disfrutar de ellas el día del checkout.

Cons:

La limpieza de las habitaciones muy mala, habían muchas hormigas por los muebles, además tenían unas manchas grandes que tuve que retirar. Lo mismo en el baño, una limpieza muy ineficiente.

Je tiens tout d'abord à tirer un grand coup de chapeau au personnel et aux animateurs (notamment pour le bingo, au top !) : accueillants, professionnels et vraiment adorables, il n'y a absolument rien à redire sur le service.

Cons:

Superbe équipe, mais voyage dans le temps (et dans le bruit) garanti !

Je tiens tout d'abord à tirer un grand coup de chapeau au personnel et aux animateurs (notamment pour le bingo, au top !) : accueillants, professionnels et vraiment adorables, il n'y a absolument rien à redire sur le service.
En revanche, concernant l'établissement lui-même, l'expérience est plus mitigée :
La piscine : Un peu étriquée au vu de la capacité d'accueil.
Le mobilier : Une véritable capsule temporelle ! On a l'impression d'être téléporté dans un catalogue des années 1970. Vintage, certes, mais pas toujours très frais.
L'ambiance sonore : Si vous cherchez un endroit calme pour bouquiner ou faire la sieste, armez-vous de patience (ou de bouchons d'oreilles ultra-performants). La musique tourne fort et en continu tout au long de la journée. Le restaurant est également très bruyant, et la propreté de certains vacanciers laisse malheureusement à désirer.
Les animations : Un peu déçu par les spectacles du soir annulés sans prévenir.
En résumé : parfait pour une nuit étape grâce à la gentillesse de l'équipe, mais beaucoup trop animé et à l'étroit pour un séjour prolongé !

Pros:

El personal super agradable .
Tuvimos un pequeño inconveniente en la primera habitación,comentamos al chico de recepción y sin problema nos dieron otra habitación.
Variedad de comida en buffet.

Cons:

-Falta de tumbonas en la piscina, ya que la gente plantaba toalla y no aparecen.
Estuvimos más de 2 horas viendo muchas tumbonas con toallas sin gente .
- El colchón demasiado blando .

El personal en general y La ubicación cerca de la playa y lugares como el Aquópolis. Autobuses que te acercan a diferentes lugares. Poder ir a otros hoteles Silmar. La amplitud de las habitaciones. La comida del buffet era bastante aceptable. Muchas variedad y con temáticas por día. A pesar de haber mucha gente no había que esperar demasiado para los preparados a la plancha. Y reponían lo que se termina pronto.

Cons:

El personal fue en general amable, pero algunos no tanto. Por ejemplo una chica del bar de abajo junto a la piscina. No sabía preparar cócteles. El hotel es algo antiguo. A veces no era agradable el olor en plantas y las moquetas estaban poco higienizadas. En el baño faltan complementos, ni cepillo ni pasta ni vaso de cristal.. ni crema hidratante. Dispensadores estropeados. Tampoco cambiaron una bombilla de la lámpara. Tampoco nos gustó que la habitación daba a contenedores y lugar de descarga, por lo que había mucho ruido a ciertas horas. El horario del buffet es corto, tanto para la comida, desayuno y cena. Y creo que las bebidas de comida y cena, deberían estar incluidas también.
