Top locatie, aan het verblijf valt nog te werken…
Pros:

De locatie van dit hotel ten opzichte van de watervallen is perfect. Het personeel is ontzettend vriendelijk en dat maakt het verblijf wat aangenamer.

Cons:

De kamer was net gerenoveerd, of beter gezegd: daar waren ze nog mee bezig. De schilderijtjes zaten nog in de plastic en op de opbergplanken lagen nog allerlei onderdelen. Het eindresultaat zal vast mooi zijn.

De bedden (boxprings) waren net nieuw. Helaas zat het beddengoed vol met ondefinieerbare vlekken en lagen er dode kakkerlakken en lege flesjes water onder de bedden.

De badkamer is oud, niet volledig schoon en stinkt verschrikkelijk. We hebben al veel gezien, maar deze badkamer was eigenlijk niet bruikbaar zonder over je nek te gaan.

Het aanwezige zwembad is ijskoud (maar dat mag de pret niet drukken), helaas was dit net als de kamer gewoon niet helemaal in orde. Het water was dit keer niet groen, zoals in een eerdere recensie door iemand gezegd werd, maar wel troebel. Zorgeloos zwemmen zou ik in dit zwembad niet doen.

Pros:

Fije rustige ligging met watervaĺlen binnen loop afstand. Vriendelijk personeel. Op aanvraag heerlijk Tajine gegeten bij de kamer. Ontbijt is prima.

Cons:

Zwembad was niet schoon en dus niet te gebruiken. Douche oud en versleten. Komt wel net genoeg warm water uit.

Im Garten konnte man schön sitzen

Cons:

Wir hatten 3 Zimmer gebucht, alle waren dreckig. Es war überall Staub, die Badezimmer waren schmutzig. Überall im Hotel hingen Kabel oder andere Provisorien, es besteht großer Renovierungsstau. Der Pool war nicht nutzbar und sehr verdreckt. Wir hatten 2 Nächte gebucht und sind nach einer Nacht abgereist.

Lo unico bueno la ubicación, muy cerca de las cascadas

Cons:

Al llegar tardaron mucho en atendernos y ni siquiera estaba la habitación preparada.
Cuando entramos a la habitación la primera impresión fue buena, pero una vez estando dentro nos dimos cuenta que la cama estaba hundida, la estancia bastante sucia, la puerta del balcón no se cerraba bien y otras tres habitaciones Tenían acceso al mismo balcón… pero sin duda lo peor era el baño: sucio, en mal estado y con muy mal olor…
Teníamos desayuno incluido, nos dijeron que a las 8 y junto con otros huéspedes estuvimos esperando casi 1h a que sirvieran un desayuno bastante escueto y cuando nos estábamos yendo después de desayunar nos tocan la ventana del coche diciendo que tienen tortilla francesa.

Pros:

La chambre était très spacieuse et confortable, déco tres sympa Très grande piscine pour se rafraîchir. Le repas et le petit déjeuner étaient excellents. Le propriétaire et sa famille sont adorables et ont été aux petits soins avec nous. L'hôtel est à 5min des chutes.

Cons:

Piscine un petit peu verte, l'entretien ne doit pas être simple avec la chaleur. Peut être changer la porte de la salle de bain mais nous ça ne nous a pas déranger.

Pros:

The hotel was excellent. Stayed for 1 night but was nice and do close to waterfalls. Can't praise enough of staff they were so helpful special thanks to Mounsif and his help he went over and beyond to help and always smiling. Place was good and breakfast was excellent.

Cons:

Could do with small fridge in the room just to keep bottle of water cold during the night.

La gentillesse du personnel (père & fils), toujours là pour nous aider ou nous conseiller.
L'emplacement est super pour accéder en 5min à pied aux cascades.
Le logement a un parking, ce qui est un plus.

Cons:

La salle de bain n'était pas propre et il y avait une odeur désagréable.
Les lits n'étaient pas très confortable.
Le logement est équipée d'une grande piscine mais l'eau n'est pas très clair.

Proche des cascades, piscine agréable. La chambre est spacieuse quoi qu’un peut sombre. Le personnel est très gentil et ce n’est que très personnel mais mon chien me manquais et il y en a un à l’hôtel très bien éduqué et doux. Ça a fait plaisir à ma fille ma femme et moi.
