Disappointing Check-in Experience

The room itself was nice.

Cons:

We arrived about three hours after the check-in time stated on the website, and even so we were told that our room was not ready. What was initially estimated to be a 30-minute wait turned into an hour in the lobby, while we saw other guests checking in without any issues. When I returned to the reception, the lady informed me again that our room still wasn’t ready. She called someone on the phone and appeared quite frustrated, giving an unpleasant expression.

When I asked to be assigned another room, she did not seem happy about the request but eventually tried to arrange it. After another 15 minutes, we were finally given a room.

The room itself was nice and generally clean, but the bathroom could have been cleaner, as it did not seem properly maintained.

Additionally, nobody answered the phone when we tried to contact the hotel to ask about the parking space, which was also inconvenient.
Overall, it was disappointing to experience something like this at a hotel of this standard.
