I stay in over 200 hotel rooms per year, everything bad about hotels, Radisson managed to do.

Schöner Aufenthalt mit kleinen Verbesserungspunkten
Pros:

Ich hatte einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Das Personal war ausgesprochen nett, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders praktisch fand ich den 24/7-Check-in – so ist man bei der Anreise zeitlich sehr flexibel.

Die Zimmer sind schön, sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Auch das Frühstück hat mir sehr gut gefallen – es war super lecker und es gab eine gute Auswahl.

Insgesamt war ich sehr zufrieden und würde das Hotel jederzeit weiterempfehlen!

Cons:

Ein paar Punkte haben mir allerdings nicht so gut gefallen. Im Hotel kann man leider nur mit Karte bezahlen, was ich persönlich etwas unpraktisch finde. Außerdem waren die Polster für meinen Geschmack ziemlich hart und daher nicht ganz bequem.

Auch die Parkplatzgebühren fand ich etwas zu teuer. Hier wäre ein günstigerer Preis wünschenswert.

Pros:

L'accueil et le petit déjeuner, le parking très pratique.

Cons:

L'emplacement de l'hôtel, très loin du centre,
très bruyant, les alentours mal fréquenté. Aucun équipement dans la salle de bain, absolument rien pour entreposer nos affaire, et pendre nos serviettes.

Безопасное тихое место с нотками приватности недалеко от центра Граца.
Pros:

На самом деле это был первый раз пользованием сервисами Radisson, и могу сказать точно, что опыт меня приятно удивил. Цена отвечает ожиданию, персонал точеный, вышколенный, весь опыт был абсолютно бесшовный. Кровать очень удобная и я каждый раз, как в первый раз, радуюсь нормальному постельному белью, а не каким-то кривым и чаще всего жутко неудобным заменителям. Полноценное одеяло, полноценные подушки. Близко магазин и жд вокзал, через дорогу неплохое кафе, но честно говоря, думаю ресторан будет хорошим. Завтрак не брал.

Cons:

Хотелось бы больше поверхностей для душа, чтобы можно было сложить свои принадлежности. Сейчас там ничего нет, даже скромного уголка. Вкрутить металлический уголок дело 5 минут, а удобство пользованием это повышает кратно.
