Super établissement super personnel et super guides en particulier Hiêu qui a été merveilleux avec , très attentionné toujours aux petit soin ! N’hésitez pas à demander à partir avec lui ou sa femme (qui est aussi géniale comme driver ) sur la loop!

In total the accommodation is fine, it is just a bit annoying that they have two different bungalow styles. One is the newer one who is in the photos and then there is a much more basic one. In the booking there is no difference shown so you think you book the more new and better version but can get the basic one, like in our case. It’s not a big deal as we just stayed one night, but it should be better communicated as it is not too cheap and if I would have been staying longer I would have been annoyed.

Un moment de calme et de repos avant, et après la ha giang loop
Pros:

L’hôtel est super bien situé, le personnel n’est vraiment pas à la hauteur car j’ai vécu des situations embarrassantes comme le fait d’annuler ma commande en Cuisine au dernier moment. Le fait de réserver la chambre pour le lendemain, et que le lendemain on me dise que ma chambre a été réservé par quelqu’un d’autre. Hormis ces deux détails, l’hôtel est très bien équipé avec salle de Billard de piscine. Le cadre est juste magnifique. Les lits sont confortable. Les chambres sont propres. Mais les communs ne le sont pas. Il manque de l’organisation dans cet hôtel pour qu’il soit l’un des meilleurs du Vietnam car il a toutes les infrastructures pour être le meilleur. Leur service pour la ha giang loop est extraordinaire.

Cons:

Le personnel n’est pas formé pour gérer un Hotel, et cela crée des situations désagréables.

There was one french lady working there who was nice to us at breakfast.

I have been travelling through Asia for over five weeks now and I haven't written a single bad review. But the service of this hotel was so bad that I have to speak up.

When we arrived we got a different bungalow than we booked, for us this didn't really matter because it looked fine. We kept hearing strange noises until we saw cockroaches on our nightstand at 11pm. After looking some more we noticed that the sounds we heard were termites under the floor. We heard the sound in all different corners of the room, they were everywhere.

I asked the reception for another room because of this reason and they rejected. They even said they knew about the termites. They told me that if I want another room I should pay extra. Following this was half an hour of them suddenly saying they don't even have a room available, then saying it is a family room, then talking us they want to search for the bugs now and we wait outside. At this point it was midnight and I simply explained that I just wanted to sleep and we would leave the next morning, but that I will not sleep in this room and will not pay extra for another room. The man I talked with acted frustrated and annoyed, as if I was asking for too much. After an hour of going back and forth he finally agreed on giving us another room.

When we arrived at the room I expected it to be some really fancy room because it had seemed like it would be a big hassle for him to switch. It was actually the bungalow we originally booked. I still don't understand why he made such a big deal about changing the room when this bungalow was available but the feeling I left with was terrible.

Pros:

Las instalaciones son muy buenas. La habitación muy linda y la zona de la piscina es muy buena.

Cons:

Lamentablemente esta sección será larga. El baño de la habitación tenía un olor muy desagradable y no tuvimos agua caliente en la ducha. En cuanto llegamos y nos tomamos el ascensor vimos que en el ascensor había una cucaracha muerta. Estábamos en el segundo piso donde vivía una familia local por lo que todo el tiempo en el pasillo había un olor muy fuerte a comida y durante la mañana muchos gritos que si querías dormir hasta tarde se hacía imposible. El desayuno estaba bien aunque escaso pero el personal no prestaba atención a nada. Faltaban vasos y la chica que estaba trabajando estaba con el celular y no prestaba atención por lo cual había que pedirle todo y a las 8:30 no quedaban más panquques y faltando una hora para que el desayuno termine nos dijeron que ya no lo iban a reponer. Como cierre de esta estadía en la zona común tienen una perra pug con 4 cachorritos bebés por lo cual la perra por supuesto está muy territorial y defensiva y casi muerde a mi pareja y el personal que estaba ahí no hizo absolutamente nada. El hotel es lindo pero desafortunadamente hay que hacer muchísimos cambios para que esté bien.
