Hice la reserva por la mañana del mismo día que llegaba por la noche; a pesar que el hotel se puso de acuerdo conmigo por whatssap, al llegar a las 9:30pm, me dijeron que la reserva no estaba y me tocó esperar mucho. No me gustó para nada ese detalle

Lo único bueno del hotel es la ubicación

Cons:

El personal atiende muy mal, el cuarto olía muchísimo a humedad, la ducha estaba como tapada y no bajaba el agua que usabas, las sábanas y la cama en general no daban confianza de que estuvieran limpias

Pilas!!NO RESERVEN CON ESTE HOTEL. No las tienen disponibles cuando uno llega

Lamentable que lleguemos a la ciudad y el hotel simplemente diga "no hay habitaciones", simplemente fatal!. No tenían habitaciones disponibles a pesar de que teníamos la reserva. Y en ningún momento se les ocurrió avisarnos para no llegar hasta sus instalaciones. No lo recomiendo para nada. CERO CONFIABLE RESERVAR CON ESTE HOTEL..

Llegamos al hotel confiados en qué teníamos nuestra habitación reservada y ya se la habían vendido a otras personas. No respondieron por nada y nos tocó ir a buscar otro hotel con los gastos y el cansancio que eso implicó. No sé para qué están en esta plataforma si no guardan las habitaciones y se las dan al primero que llegue. Pésimo servicio!!!..

El personal es muy atento, pero hay que aclarar que me cambiaron a otro hotel por mantenimiento. Entonces las valoraciones son para el hotel Tower
