Absolutely nothing pleased me about this "boutique" hotel. The name is a joke. Lame decorations in a hallway do not make this a boutique hotel. it's a dive.
The bed was horrible. The pillow and the mattress were covered in thick plastic. And the sheets were thin. It was creepy. I planned to stay five nights, but changed hotels after the first night. Management was not cooperative. I paid for three of the five nights and received a cash refund for two nights from management. I accepted this because I simply wanted to be away from this creepy hotel. The lighting in the room was horrible. It was cold and there is no heating in the room. It felt like I was staying in the Hotel California.

Amabilidad de recepción... llegamos.antes y nos entregaron la habitación sin lio.
Me.he quedado varias veces. Lugar tranquilo. Limpio, economico. Muy cercano y central en chapinero.
El servicio de recepción y atención y la limpieza
Sería ideal que ofrecieran perfiles de streaming activos en los televisores para mejorar la experiencia del huésped.
La ubicación, tienen agüita y tinto en la recepción, además tiene una terracita para pasar el rato.
Que la ventana no tenia la opción de que entrará luz sin perder la privacidad de la calle hacia adentro.
