El personal de recepción un desastre. Nunca hago comentarios pero esta ver realmente lo armerita
Al entrar al hotel el empleado de la recepción , me pidió la documentación correspondiente a mi y a mi pareja . Yo tenía dni español y mi señora tenía el pasaporte italiano ( en foto , no el físico ) . El hombre inisiste que no puede aceptar eso como documento , por lo que le enseñó el dni argentino ( físico) . A lo que me responde que eso no lo puede tomar como un dni ya que es argentino , y que tendría que llamar a los mossos para averiguar ya que por “foto “ podría estar falsificando la identidad . Obviamente que mi respuesta fue : llama a los mossos o a quien quieras . Solo venimos a pasar una noche y nada más
Hizo una “excepción “ para dejarnos quedar en el hotel . Pero me pareció una falta de respeto , además de maleducado .
