Отдых испорчен, вместо расслабления получила от персонала отеля неуважение и враждебность
Pros:

Размер апартаментов для одного человека был нормальным

Cons:

Кровать скрипела, матрас с пружинами которые чувствуешь всем телом и постель 100 процентов полиамид с запахом химии. Отношение ко мне и сервис был отвратительным, общение в неуважительном тоне через ватсап и лично, администратор Тодор мне в лицо сказал что я ему не нравлюсь...это просто недопустимо и ужас как не профессионально. Когда видишь ли он меня не взлюбил, началось полное игнорирование моих просьб, уборка была всего один раз за 9 ночей проживания, полотенца не менял ни разу, мусор не выносил в течении 6 дней, в ватсапе в чате с ними они удалили неуважительные сообщения от какого то менеджера имя он или она мне не назвали, а на букинге они писали мне вежливо по понятным причинам. Персонал видимо нормально общается только если человек не имеет никаких просьб, всем доволен или просто делает вид что доволен, иначе начинается от них моральный абьюз и полное игнорирование просьб гостя. Я жила в разных отелях в 23 странах и никогда не видела такого мерзкого отношения.

A wonderful place to stay. Very kind owner, the appartment was perfectly clean, the view from up the town down to the sea is beautiful... In the kitchen you will find everything if you like to cook or even bake something... at night, it's quite around - we absolutely loved it there!
