最高でした！
Pros:

予約変更の際に予約サイトのエラー等ややこしいことになりました。支配人がその原因や変更が完了するまで何度も対応してくれ助かりました。
ホテルの設備、スタッフの方の対応、食事、景色とても良かったです。函館山ロープウェイまでは徒歩で行けますし市電もすぐなので観光には良い立地だと思います。楽しみにしていた函館旅行幸せな時間を過ごさせてもらいました。ありがとうございました！

整體來說還不錯，離函館車站步行約20分鐘，但走到函館山纜車跟金森倉庫都算近（表10分鐘左右），早餐也還蠻好吃的～

Pros:

Very friendly staff that helped with a rental car problem. Unexpected free drinking options between 3pm-10pm (water, juices, Sake). Variety of ammenities.

Cons:

Our rooms technically had a balcony but we were not able to exit it (for safety reasons I suppose and understand) but it was also not possible to open a window, meaning you had to rely on an AC.

Pros:

地點離函館車站不算近，但離港區景點很近，唯一缺點附近餐廳經常不營業，且用餐只收現金不是很方便，飯店住宿大廳旁的酒吧，每天下午三點到晚上十點，有免費的飲料及酒品品嘗，而且飯店內附的早餐 品項多且好吃，感覺超讚！

Good hotel with great employees.
Pros:

Great service from the staff, we had an issue with our first room and they moved us to another room when we brought it to their attention. Rooms are basic but comfortable and clean. Showers had good pressure. Not located on the water but only a short walk from the coast on either end and close to the popular red brick warehouses. Depending on your fitness level, you can walk uphill to the mountain ropeway or Motomatchi. The tram has stops nearby which you can take to Goryōkaku Tower. I also highly recommend the bakery in the building next door.
