War alles ok, leider war der Schrank kaputt im Zimmer.
Good selection of breakfast, mostly Turkish breakfast (which I like) but also has English options.
The rooms are clean, good running water.
Friendly staff, easy check in.

The only thing that comes to mind is our balcony was on the small side.
Great location with access to private beach for guests only. Hotel was clean and modern, staff were attentive and happy to help. Beds were comfortable and the general furnishing of our suite was to a good standard. A special mention to Fernando who looks after guests on the beach serving drinks and food orders, an absolute gem of a person, always smiling and happy to help, working long days in the extreme heat!!!
We had a sea facing suite which was located next to the Batman Bar which could be loud at night so an early night wasn't an option. Despite having a range of kitchen units with drawers and cupboards, there was no crockery, cutlery or glasses etc, only 4 cups provided. Would have expected at least the minimum.

The location and the sea
1. The check in process took forever, when you talk to the front desk guy he pretends he's not listening.
2. The AC was closed with human plasters in the first room, while in the second room it had no vents at all, plus whenever we turn it on the balcony floor gets flooded.
3. Upon arrival, the elevator wss not working up until the next day
4. I booked a triple room that i paid almost 400€ for, yet they had no availability for an extra bed in it, they refused compensating that, and they gave me rhe second room for only 255!! Not sure how this is possible
5. Parking was a hassle, and people were blocking the way into empty parking spots infront of the hotel, and of course like always it took forever to be removed.
6. The room is very outdated, the shower floor has some black spots on it, the ameneties the horrible as well, and the ac, the ac remote, the telephone and everything was yellow not even white and looked super dirty
7. The staff was not helpful at all, rude attitude, ignorance, and zero care given to people staying, i did not even see a single person working there that smiled in my face

Отличный отель с хорошими завтраками. Очень понравился ресторан -терраса с видом на море. Свой пляж. Оченьчисто, убирали каждый день и меняли полотенца, всегда питьевая вода в номере, чай и кофе. У нас был номер с боковым видом на море - вид шикарный! Балконы небольшие, но можно посидеть на креслах с прекрасным видом на море. Распрложение очень удобное, сразу пляж и прекрасная набережная, до старого города, крепости пешком можно прогуляться. Рядом ходят маршрутки до автовокзала , в центр, в Ичмелер, везде можно добраться. Рядом куча кафе, ресторанов, магазинов и пр. Персонал вежливый. Очень довольны отелем!

Restoran çalışanları sahil tarafıyla ilgilenen beyefendi ve içerde sivil olan sanırım orada ki şef beyefendi haricinde diğer çalışanlar çok suratsız ve adamına göre muamele yapar gibi istedikleri kişiye günaydın diyorlar göz göze gelinse bile günaydın demeden sadece öküze bakar gibi bakıyorlar.
Great location, clean and friendly staff
No fault of the hotels, but any sea views room will be subject to the noisy bar below that has a license till 1am!! It’s not pleasant
Breakfast choices, just weren’t for us, which was a shame!
