Soggiorno perfetto
Pros:

Molto carina e ben arredata. Giardino e terrazza molto belli. Parcheggio interno comodo. Omaggio di acqua, caffè e bottiglia di vino. Letto comodissimo.

Cons:

Niente tutto perfetto. Consiglio semmai di lasciare anche qualcosa per la colazione insieme al caffè

Żałuję tego wyboru, wokół są agroturystyki dbające o klienta

Jedyną zaletą obiektu jest lokalizacja
Uczciwy plus - kawiarka

Cons:

Zastaliśmy nieprzygotowany taras bez krzeseł i stolików z propozycją abyśmy te kuchenne sobie wynieśli na brudny taras. Krzesła i stolik zostały wstawione, parasol nigdy. Było 36 st.
Nie potrzebujecie budzika, już przed 7 rano budzą was rodzice przedszkolaków, za o oknem jest przedszkole i trzeba trąbić na pustej ulicy.
Nie ma basenu.
Wykorzystywanie nazwiska nie jest ofertą dobrego pobytu
Zainstalowano genialne kontakty, do których nie wchodzi wtyczka hotelowego żelazka, wchodzi przy umywalce i blacie kuchennym… ale tam nie ma miejsca na hotelową deseczkę do prasowania na 15 cm nóżkach.
Skosy w lofcie w realu są znacznie większe niż na zdjęciu. Przytłaczają.

Bello e funzionale
Pros:

L'appartamento è sufficientemente spazioso, nuovissimo e arredato con mobili colorati di design, belli, moderni, funzionali. Ci sono piatti, stoviglie, e molti altri accessori anche per la pulizia. Un bel terrazzo grande.
Bottiglia di vino di benvenuto in omaggio.
Abbiamo pranzato al loro ristorante, molto buono... Interessante l'annesso piccolo Museo dedicato a Bocelli.
Il teatro del silenzio è vicinissimo e Volterra a una ventina di minuti.

Cons:

Le piante di plastica all'ingresso anche NO!! :-(
Nel terrazzo non c'è neanche una sedia, o un tavolino... Magari ci starebbe bene una sdraio o due.
Il giardino esterno la sera era completamente buio
Prezzo leggermente alto.

Overall, our stay was enjoyable meeting friendly staff and the restaurant was quaint with delicious meals.
Pros:

We like the location and how we could travel to nearby towns.

Cons:

The main bed was too hard. The lounge was uncomfortable and the lack of a blockout curtain made it feel unsafe. A note on the bins would help to understand the rubbish system.

MATRIMONIO A LAJATICO.
Pros:

In occasione di una visita a Lajatico per festeggiare un Matrimonio di conoscenti, abbiamo deciso - post cerimonia - di trascorrere la notte presso la "Guest House Bocelli".
Appartamento n.8: arredato con gusto, pulitissimo ed ordinatissimo. Composto da Camera con Letto Matrimoniale, Soggiorno con TV Plasma, Angolo Cucina, Tea Corner, Bagno Privato ed ampio Terrazzo con Tavolo Esterno ha reso il nostro breve Soggiorno confortevole al massimo.
Lo Staff delle "Officine Bocelli" è stato oltremodo gentile in fase di Check-in, di Check-out ed alla colazione della mattina successiva.
Il rapporto qualità/prezzo è stato veramente eccellente, considerando anche che durante il Soggiorno ci è stata regalata una preziosa bottiglia di vino rosso direttamente dalle Tenute Bocelli.

Cons:

Tutto è stato perfetto! Solo un suggerimento: sarebbe interessante se la Struttura proponesse formule di pernottamento con Colazione Inclusa, previo supplemento, da consumare presso le "Officine Bocelli".

Comfortable apartment (recommended)
Pros:

Very comfortable apartments. Check-in is done at a restaurant nearby. Clean, beautiful, pleasant. Wifi worked reliably. Free parking near the apartments. Coffee machine with capsules.

Cons:

Medical smell in the apartment. You can use a Fragrance Diffuser. You can install mosquito nets on the windows. A modest set of dishes for cooking in the kitchen (a large salad bowl, a large frying pan, etc. are missing)

Beautiful, new apartment with a large terrace, very clean. I will definitely come back here! 🩷Literally next to it is a great restaurant Officine Bocelli, which I definitely recommend to visit.

I loved being in a place where there was a chance to see Andrea Bicelli❤️
Pros:

Very quiet and perfect for family.

Cons:

The door key kept sticking and the door was hard to open at times. I think the lock needs to be changed. Overall though the stay was amazing.

The short experience was better than anticipated. We would definitely stay there again.

The place was bright and had a good feel. The owners took pride as it was well maintained. Any issues were rectified straight away. People were friendly and helpful.
