Mala atención y no hay parqueadero.

Las instalaciones están bien

Cons:

Por cual de la recepcionista nos pusieron una infracción de transito ya que no hay parqueadero en el hotel, pésimo servicio.

Me volvería a quedar mil veces
Pros:

Todo, el cuarto muy bien, limpio, cómodo, moderno y muy bien tenido, el personal es maravilloso, regalan agua que es un plus brutal que solo hacen en USA y aquí también. La ubicación está muy bien al lado de coco bongo peor no se escucha nada de ruidos muy bien insonorizado

Didn’t get to stay because they gave out my room!

Cons:

When I arrived I got a regular room although I booked the most expensive. I went back downstairs to tell the front desk lady that - that wasn’t the room I booked and she says the reason is “the ac stopped working.” They thought I’d take the smaller room and not say anything but that wasn’t what I paid for so I left and called support to have them cancel. I wish they would have let me know the day it “stopped working” so I could have started looking for other places. There is no parking here, only parking structures that you have to pay for blocks down. Also “breakfast” is at another hotel down the street.

Value for money in a good location

Great location

Cons:

I had the suite with the bath but it leaked. The safety glass on the balcony was rusting off. Risk of breaking if someone leaned on it. Pool was dirty. Lacked hand towels and fresh coffee.

El lugar está bien si lo que buscas es dormir y descansar.

el desayuno que estaba incluido no era en el hotel, había que trasladarse hasta otro hotel cercano, con un cupón que te entregaban a diario, un desayuno muy básico.
