Chuveiro péssimo, ficamos hospedado a em dois quartos no 12 andar e o mesmo problema aconteceu em ambos, derepente esquentava demais ou ficava frio demais, ou simplesmente ficava sem água, reclamamos no primeiro dia mas sem sucesso. Outro ponto a chagada do hotel , calçada da recepção está em reforma, simplesmente quebraram tudo, poderiam fazer por etapas, mas está péssimo o acesso dos pedestres, carros, um lugar que na me hospedaria novamente , precisa de manutenção, banheiro molha inteiro mesmo com box fechado, a porta do banheiro toda estufada de humidade, precisa de reparos urgente

O café da manhã achei o preço salgado, estava mais caro do que o almoço. Aliás, o café poderia estar incluido na diária ou custar no máximo metade do almoço/jantar. Refeição 55 reais, café da manhã 58?
O colchão não era tão firme e os travesseiros poderiam ser melhores.
Gostei das instalações e da limpeza, abrir a porta do quarto e encontrar cheirinho de limpeza foi excelente
