Estacionamento pago à parte, café da manhã ruim e banheiro sujo. O carro você não pode nem colocar na garagem para tirar suas malas com mais conforto, tiramos na entrada do hotel.

Les photos ne montrent pas les alentours de l'hôtel. Des favelas sont avoisinantes à l'hôtel et peuvent ne pas rassurer en tant que touristes. Il n'y a jamais eu de souci mais les photos de l'hotel faussent cette information.

Ar-condicionado do apartamento não estava funcionando. Precisamos mudar de andar, depois de já estarmos acomodados, inclusive malas desfeitas. O ar-condicionado de outra unidade do mesmo andar também estava com defeito. A mudança exigiu muito tempo e esforço. Prejudicou o nosso descanso. A iluminação do banheiro é deficiente. Não havia indicação do ramal de contato com a recepção em nenhum local no apartamento. Precisamos e tivemos que utilizar o telefone geral.
