Pros:

Hotel padrão Íbis, sempre muito constante na qualidade oferecida. Excelente localização para visitas ao centro histórico. O que mais me chamou a atenção, contudo, foi a cordialidade e suporte oferecidos pela equipe. Trocaram meu quarto rapidamente após problema no ar condicionado. Quando cheguei no novo quarto, um funcionário já havia deixado o equipamento funcionando para mim. Uma verdadeira aula de tratamento ao hóspede.
