Cons:

המלון נמצא במבנה מאוד זנוח ולא נקי, החצר האחורית נשארה כמו שהייתה "אחרי מלחמת עולם השנייה". כל הסביבה היתה מאוד מוזנחת והרוסה.

ואכי גרוע העבודה בשדרות רוסטאוילי, כל הכביש חפור לכל רוחבו וכל אורכו, ההליכה למלון הייתה מאוד מסוכנת, כלי חפריה עבדו על המדרכה.
היתה חובה של אתר BOOKING ובית המלון לידע את הלקוחות שמגיעים לחדר באתר בניה ולא לבית מלון. מאוד גרוע .
