Great hotel close to centre of Bad Ragaz. Really helpful staff and a nice relaxing pool
Pros:

Helpful receptionist and restaurant. They made me a packed lunch as I wanted to leave before breakfast. Room had tea and coffee and a small kitchen. There is also a swimming pool that was nice in the hot weather.

Cons:

It’s getting a little old and needs some renovation. Bar looked a little outdated

Die Lage im Grünen war gerade in der heissen Zeit wunderbar, abends Schwimmen im Pool zum Abkühlen. Frühstück ist unter den schattigen Bäumen echt schön!

Cons:

Mit einem Hund muss ein teureres Zimmer gebucht werden, da im Hauptgebäude kein Hund erlaubt ist. Was absolut okay ist. Aber dann zusätzlich 30.- pro Nacht für den Hund zu berechnen, ist zu teuer.

War sehr schön. Habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt.
Pros:

habe ein anderes Zimmer bekommen als gebucht. Gott sei Dank, da ich eine wundervolle Sicht hatte auf die Berge. Das Zimmer hat sich nur etwas aufgeheizt. Super zentral gelegen. Man kann jegliche Aktivitäten sofort beginnen. Man ist überall sofort.

Cons:

War sehr zufrieden Beim Frühstück hätte ich mir etwas mehr Gemüse wünschen (Gurke, Möhre)

- Zimmer sehr klein, alt und sehr hellhörig
- Zimmer wurden erst nach mehrmaligem melden bei der Reception gemacht
- Während Reinigung ist es schwer durch die Gänge zu kommen, weil grosse Haufen von Bettwäsche rumliegt
- Pool ist 5 Min. von Hotel entfernt

Die Lage war super. Das Personal sehr freundlich. Frühstück war reichhaltig. Nachtessen war sehr fein, bis auf den Salat, der war nicht frisch, wurde mir dann aber auch nicht verrechnet.

Cons:

Das gesamte Hotel etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Sauberkeit könnte besser sein. Überall lagen Blätter vom letzten Herbst, Unkraut, tote Fliegen. Etwas mehr Pflege und es wäre in Bijou!
