Alles OK. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passt für mich persönlich in der Schweiz nicht.

Der Pool und die kleine Sauna waren super!

Cons:

Mein Zimmer hatte keine Klimaanlage.

Pros:

Sehr ruhig gelegen. Grosser Park mit einzelnen Bungalows und altem Baumbestand. Swimmingpool und Natursee mit Liegen.
Bungalows gut ausgestattet. Indisches Restaurant gut, aber teuer.

Cons:

Personal etwas flapsig. Alle Gäste-Zimmer nicht im Schloss, sondern im Park in einzelnen Bungalows. Viel Lauferei dadurch. Radunterbringung nicht organisiert. Unsere Räder standen dann im Gang herum. Alles etwas vernachlässigt und wenig Housekeeping.

Sehr veraltete Anlage. Unhöfliche Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption.

Zimmer waren sauber

Cons:

Leider haben wir nicht das Zimmer bekommen, welches wir gebucht haben. Die Bilder zeigen einen modernen Gartenpavillon, wir landeten in einem veralteten Nebenbau. Wir konnten das Zimmer zwar wechseln, aber kostenpflichtig.
Seitens Hotel kam nur die Aussage: es handelt sich bei Booking um Beispielbilder.
Also Achtung. Lieber vorher nochmal beim Hotel erkundigen, welches Zimmer man bekommt.

Pros:

The location is great, near to the thermal SPA resort.

Cons:

Unfortunately rooms in pavilion were old, i doubt it was any renovation since 90’s.
The most unpleasant thing that happened was that we saw a cockroach on our wall the first night we stayed, nothing I would like to see in a hotel.
