HOTEL CON INSTALACIONES VIEJAS Y FALTA MANTENIMIENTO.

Ubicacion, cerca de vias rapidas y lugar seguro.

Cons:

La habitación que nos proporcionaron tenía el aire acondicionado instalado justo sobre la cabecera de la cama. Lamentablemente, el equipo no parecía tener el mantenimiento adecuado, ya que durante la noche comenzó a tirar agua directamente sobre la cama y también sobre el piso.

Por la mañana había un charco considerable en la habitación. Intentamos mover la cama para poder descansar, pero aun así el agua seguía cayendo. Debido a esta situación, no pudimos dormir ni descansar correctamente. Entiendo que el hotel es antiguo, pero la falta de mantenimiento provocó una experiencia muy desagradable. Por el precio pagado y por las fotos publicadas, uno espera recibir una habitación en mejores condiciones.

Lamentablemente, no volvería a hospedarme aquí ni lo recomendaría, ya que la situación afectó directamente nuestro descanso y la atención recibida no fue adecuada.

Servicio de restaurante, tardó muchiiisimo. No alcanzamos comida en el bufet (todavía era horario de bufet), en la tarde el servicio de comida y snacks era imposible, tardaban literal horas para traer un servicio.

La limpieza y no había ningún tipo de insecto
. Habitación amplia. Camas muy cómodas.

Cons:

Las almohadas olían a cigarro. Aunque al informar rápidamente nos las cambiaron. Le falta mantenimiento y renovación, aunque reconozco que todo funcionaba, pero si da la impresión de que son instalaciones ya muy viejas.
