Pros:

Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel. Le personnel est très accueillant, souriant et toujours prêt à aider. La chambre était agréable, l’emplacement est idéal et l’ambiance est très calme.

Le seul petit point à améliorer serait d’ajouter un tapis de douche afin d’éviter que le sol ne devienne glissant après la douche.

À part ce détail, tout était parfait. Je recommande cet hôtel sans hésiter !

Lovely place, great location, nice people
Pros:

Great location right on the beach surrounded by places to eat and drink and watch the sunset.

Cons:

If I had to say there was anything I didn’t like all I could complain about was the shower head. Small issue though and u make do.

Pros:

Tout était absolument parfait
Le personnel était très gentil, ils nous ont aidés à trouver des scooters, à laver notre linge, pour réserver un cidomo, ...
On avait 2 chambres et ils nous ont même changé de chambres au milieu de séjour pour qu'on soit tout proche.
L'emplacement est top avec des restos juste à côté, vue sur mer, idéal pour boire un coup devant le coucher de soleil, et pour manger local il y a plusieurs warungs un peu plus dans les terres.
On a fait du snorkeling et de la plongée avec Blue Marlin, c'était superbe de nager avec les poissons et les tortues et voir le corail
Les lits sont super confortables
Spéciale dédicace à la cuisinière qui nous a préparé des bananes fries qu'elle nous a apporté au bord de la piscine comme cela juste par gentillesse

Pros:

Lieu à proximité de la plage (50 m max en sortant de l' hôtel), le personnel est vraiment toujours souriant et il répond aux besoins. Chambre assez grande.

Cons:

Cela concerne plutôt le fonctionnement de Gilli, j'ai l' impression de me faire voler dès le port, avec des porteurs que tu n'as pas demandé qui te gratte des roupies et le pire c'est les chariots avec chevaux pour accéder ou repartir de l' hôtel .... On a payé plus cher 10 min de calèches que le transport du port a l' aéroport .....

Concernant le petit déjeuné, j'ai trouvé juste .... Et assez. Long ..
Si vous avez une chambre en bas, il faut espérer que vos voisins supérieurs n'ont pas envie de bouger toute la nuit .....

Nagyon jó helyen kedves személyzet.
Pros:

Nagyon kedves és segítőkész volt a személyzet, remek helyen volt.

Cons:

Folyamatosan csatornaszag volt a fürdőszobában, ami a szobában is érezhető volt. A fürdő tisztasága elég lehangoló volt.

Pros:

Incroyable l'hôtel propose l'excursion snorkelling à 150 000 pour voir les tortues et les statues de gili menos.
Le petit déjeuner avec pancakes au citron était délicieux et le personnel adorable!
Je recommande à 100%
En plus c'était a 20min a pied du restaurant chillout qui était génial aussi!

Bastante bien.
Pros:

Está muy cerca de la playa, y de algunos restaurantes, tiene agua caliente en la ducha, el desayuno básico, la cama muy cómoda, la habitación amplia y con perchero, personal amable.

Cons:

No tiene nevera, la limpieza del cuarto de baño un poco escasa, grifería muy vieja y deteriorada, para 30€ la noche esperaba un poco más de calidad.

Beautiful location, but communication and room arrangement could be much better
Pros:

Our family of four spent 4 days at Bolatta Beach House. The location of the bungalows is absolutely beautiful and right by the beach, which we all really enjoyed.

Cons:

We were quite disappointed with the management and customer service. We booked two bungalows a month in advance and specifically requested them to be right next to each other or together. We asked again upon arrival, but the owner did not accommodate our request, even though the bungalows between us or bellow were empty during our stay.
​Additionally, the owner's English is very basic, which made it is hard to communicate properly, ask for any local information, or get recommendations about the island and day trips.
​Since Bolatta was fully booked for the rest of our stay, we extended our holiday on Gili Air by moving to another accommodation. There, we experienced a much warmer, more heartfelt welcome and realized how much a helpful host can improve the experience.
​Bolatta has great potential due to its stunning location, but the hospitality and communication definitely need improvement.
