Todo limpio y muy amable el trato
Que no tiene restaurate
conveniently located near our departure ferry and sightseeing in downtown. Affordable place to lay our head for the evening.
we put a request in for train station pickup and next day drop-off to the ferry we'll over a month before the trip thru the hotel portal which handled such requests.
We never received confirmation... the request remained in a "Pending" status. We had to assume (correctly) that we never would get a confirmation and ended up taking care of ourselves.
Good value for money, kind staff and central location
The AC was leaking water, we went to the reception to tell them and it was fixed almost immediately.
Free water. Not cold but the receptionist did get me some ice. Checkout time of 12pm. Good location. Fine for a night, a bit overpriced for what you get.
Very basic hotel. No lift so you need to lug your luggage up one or two flights of stairs. I was expecting a desk as per the photos but didn't get one. The rooms have windows to the corridors which is odd. Luckily I had a window to the outside as well but I think a lot of the rooms don't.
Het bed lag lekker.
Er zaten vlekken in het beddengoed. Om 6 uur ‘s ochtends werden we wakker van de hitte omdat de stroom was uitgevallen. Er zitten ramen in de douche die direct uitkomen op de gang. De wat langere mensen zijn daardoor bijna te zien tijdens het douchen. Voelde allemaal een beetje viezig en vervallen aan.

Good location, short walk to the water and the ferry.
Lady at the front desk was very sweet
I felt it was expensive compared to other iptions in Chetumal but I disnt want to walk to far to the ferry.
However, this felt like a bare minimum room, they didnt even give hand soap

10 mins in a taxi from Ado bus terminal
No hot water for the shower just very tepid
Ubicación, lugar centrico con estacionamiento. Habitación cómoda, aunque se escuchaba algo de ruido de las demás habitaciones pero nada del otro mundo.
El agua caliente tardaba un poco en comenzar a salir, fuera de eso todo bien.
Muy céntrico y el personal muy agradable.
Un poco anticuado, la ventana no cerraba bien.

I had already stayed here for one night before going to Belize. Suddenly found myself in a situation where I had to go back to Mexico one day earlier than planned because Belize doesn't run international buses on Good Friday. I'd arrive in Chetumal really late (after check-in hours) but the super friendly staff assured me they'd wait for me. Forever grateful!
The rooms are good, the bed super comfy, the bathroom spotlessly clean, and the roof terrace is really pretty! Free water and coffee.
Good for one night before taking the boat out to Caye Caulker (10 min walk). Spotlessly clean, smart TV, quiet. Excellent seafood restaurant nearby (El Taco Loco).
